Udon soup is typically a clear broth. This broth had so much soy and was so salty it was more like eating soy sauce soup. Horrible. The tempura used a beer-batter coating instead of classic panko. Also completely awful and the shrimp as frozen packaged stuff. Not tasty and coating also too salty and I love salt.
The octopus salad is amazing and very consistent. The rolls are very good and so is the nigiri.
We will be back but we'll have to be snipers with the menu.
