Fantastic food: had the Usuzukuri and Rock Shrimp to start, the chef's choice sashimi and a few other rolls for the entree and finished with green tea mochi and cheesecake, good portions, amazing flavor profiles, all around phenomenal

Went to Ko An for Triangle restaurant week. We really liked their selections on the fixed price menu. I appreciated that the mixed drinks could be made without alcohol. From the restaurant week menu, we ordered the root vegetable salad and the dragon roll for our first course. For our second course, we ordered the black tea chicken entrée and the miso udon noodles (spicy!). For our third course, there were two dessert choices, and we sampled both. We enjoyed all of our food choices. They were delicious. Our server was very efficient. The food came quickly and the presentation was beautiful. Looking forward to a return visit.
This is my absolute favorite restaurant in Cary! The food is consistently spectacular and service is wonderful each time. Not to mention the setting- the restaurant is set in a converted Victorian house which may be why it feels so homey and welcoming.
