The service and staff were fantastic. The portions were very small all except the Caesar salad. There were only 5 fried oysters, and the crab in the salad was less than a 1/4 cup. The fish with shrimp was a decent portion, and although the chocolate cake and lemon tart were fantastic they were very small desserts. This is my third visit and the least fulfilling I almost forgot. I ordered the seasonal special cocktail and it was warm!! I had to put ice in it and did mention that to the waitress and she did not offer to replace it.

Celebrating my 50th birthday there with brunch. We showed up early before they opened and they let us in anyway to sit at the bar. Very accommodating! The staff put a menu out that says happy 50th birthday, and then a bunch of them signed it. It was amazing! Oh, and the food was absolutely divine! I would go back again. Then, as a little treat, they’re right across the street from the beautiful city park where we took a stroll. Highly recommend doing both.

We celebrated our first anniversary here after having our wedding reception at Ralph’s last year. The staff went above and beyond and had the table set beautifully with custom printed menus. The food was excellent, as usual. Our server was wonderful. The ambience is so romantic and very authentic “New Orleans.” We recommend Ralph’s to everyone!

While we have lived in Louisiana for almost 20 years and visit New Orleans and family frequently, we had never dined at Ralph’s. We had heard great things and were excited to experience the food and service we had heard so much about. The ambiance was pleasant and the noise level not bad at all. Our disappointment was in the food and service. Three of our party of five began with a cup of soup. All three were served lukewarm-warm, at best. The potato was tasty, but cool. We ordered the crab meat au gratin appetizer and were served two and a half pieces of toast. We asked for two more pieces so that all of our party could have a serving - they were never served. Our entrees were mixed. The crab cakes were delicious; the pork chop had great flavor, but was tough. The deserts we ordered were good, but the bread pudding was not served warm. Overall, we had a pleasant evening, but the cost coupled with the food quality and with so many other great options in New Orleans we will likely not be return guests.

Everything was excellent. Ralph’s was noisier them usual because there were several large tables - to be expected the day after Thanksgiving. Service is always super friendly. We were lucky and able to park on City Park Avenue, but would have preferred to use valet parking, which was not available.

Thanksgiving Dinner was outstanding. This was the fourth or fifth Thanksgiving my wife and I spent part of our Thanksgiving day at Ralph's, and it may have been the best one yet. My sister-in-law from San Francisco joined us this time We arrived at about 3:50 for a 4:30 reservation, with the intent of passing the time in the bar area. Our table was ready around 4:10. Nicole was our waitress and she was outstanding. It may be my imagination, but I think the menu offered many more selections than in years past. We certainly shall return next year!

Thanksgiving food choices were great. I loved the Turtle Soup, the Duck and the Chocolate Pecan Pie. The Chocolate Martini was fabulous also. Would definitely recommend!!

This is a wonderful place for a holiday meal. We go each year for Thanksgiving. It’s easy to get to and to park, the food is delicious, and the ambiance is outstanding, overlooking City Park. The fixed price Thanksgiving dinner is a great deal 😊

Went for Thanksgiving dinner and it was excellent. The set menu has lots of choices so everybody in our group ordered something they really liked. Food was very well prepared and all orders came out as requested. Service was great -- friendly, attentive and festive. Unlike many restaurants that overbook holiday meals, the courses came out at a nice pace and we never felt rushed. This is the second year we have done Thanksgiving at Ralph's and both years it was a great way to kick off the Holidays. I think a tradition has been born!

This is our second year in a row that we have had Thanksgiving lunch at Ralph's on The Park. Second year was just as wonderful as the first year. It may (probably will) become our yearly gathering for Thanksgiving when we are in Baton Rouge. This year we included other family members who had never been to Ralph's and they were very impressed. Service is impeccable, food is outstanding and price is very good for the quality.

Another great meal! Ralph's presents the best of N.O. creole cuisine...in fact all of his restaurants do! Had the pork chop...perfectly cooked! And had the crab cakes...full of lump crabmeat and no crab shells....outstanding! Started with tomato basil soup and turtle soup....awesome!

Lived up to all of the great reviews and personal recommendations. Wonderful service at the table from Vicky and really enjoyed talking with Kevin who stopped by periodically to make sure we were all set. We felt very welcome and have to say it looked like everyone was enjoying their evening. Skully Shrimp appetizer was awesome. 3 course crab entree was fabulous. Pork Chop w Dirty Rice was tasty. Definitely will be back.

From atmosphere, ambiance to staff and food, everything was first class. We started in the bar before going to our table. Everything was amazing. I would highly recommend coming here, whether it be a date night, birthday party, anniversary celebration or business function.

We love going to Ralph's for birthday celebrations with friends and family and enjoy getting a round table so we can communicate with more ease. But sometimes we rent the space upstairs if the group is on the larger side and sometimes, we just meet up in the bar for a more casual and brief celebration. The cocktail menu is yummy as is the wine list. I adore the grilled romaine salad, the turtle soup, and each of the fish dishes.

I’m so lucky to have this elegant restaurant in my neighborhood. This was a pre theatre dining experience and it was lovely to be able to walk over, have a fabulous meal, and then call a ride service to take us downtown. My friend and I shared the roast beef toast, then the crab cake entree, and finished with a decadent chocolate cake and dessert martinis. Excellent service. Our waiter was professional and fun. The meal was delicious and everything was perfect. I’m a regular here so none of this surprised me. It’s a great place to pop in and have a bite and a drink at the bar too. I get the same great experience there.
