    Love sitting up top. Great ambiance to go along with the weather. Most everything we ordered was very good. I was disappointed in the cowboy ribeye. Next time I’ll try something else. The tamale appetizer was to die for as well as the Molton lava cake for dessert!!!

    This a fun, uniquely western restaurant. Our all time favorite starter is the Tenderloin Tamales with Pecan Mash. It is a must try. The steaks and sides are all delicious. You cannot got wrong with anything.

    We found this restaurant 6 years ago, and made it a point to return. Food is outstanding, decor beautiful, unique and appropriate to area, service was impeccable! Only sorry we didn't have room for a dessert!

    Reata is the gold standard for dining in Fort Worth. It is exactly the experience you’re looking for in downtown “Cowtown”. We are long time customers of both Reata locations and will always be. Excellent food, great hospitality and service in a beautiful atmosphere. The standouts are the cut to order ribeye, the jalapeño cheese grits, and the best mashed potatoes & green beans we’ve had in a restaurant for quite some time. I also highly recommend their espresso martini.

    Reata remains my go-to restaurant when I want to entertain special friends and so I give them Reata. Fantastic menu and service and ambiance. My guests are always so pleased to be in an original beautifully laid out western themed space serving familiar top of the line cuisine prepared with an entirely new flair. As usual, we were not disappointed! Love you Reata!!

    Staff was perfectly attentive and pleasant. Loved the western decor. Exactly what I expected from Fort Worth. Cocktails were amazing. The espresso martini was easily the best one I’ve ever had. Crab stuffed, bacon wrapped jalapeños are a must try. Chicken fried steak was delicious. Blackened buffalo steak was tasty, but a little tough. Portions were very generous. Bread pudding tamale was the perfect ending. Will definitely be returning.

    Beautiful rooftop dining and ambiance. Food was good but not to the level I would have expected. Portions were very ample. Server was pleasant, but just seemed a little inexperienced. A nice place, but just a touch too expensive for the overall food/experience.

    Our visit to this restaurant was truly delightful. From the superb calamari starter to the outstanding main courses, including the Carne Asada and the Lamb Chops special of the day, every dish was simply amazing. The culinary experience reached its peak with the phenomenal creme brulee dessert, undoubtedly one of the best we've ever tasted. A memorable dining experience overall.

    Given the glowing reviews, we expected delicious food, freshly prepared as advertised. The bacon-wrapped, crab-stuffed jalapenos had been cooked long before we arrived. The tamales were also room temperature, with a mushy texture and very little flavor. Everyone at our table chose not to eat more than 2 bites as they were not tasty. Sadly, the carne asada and cheese enchilada were barely warm and unremarkable. Fortunately, the tortilla soup was served hot, and it was good.

    On Sunday evening after attending Bond and Beyond at Bass Hall, my wife had Gulf Redfish with a jalapeno cilantro crust and I had their famous chicken fried steak. The chicken fried steak was, as usual, great. I tried some of her Redfish. It was excellent, as I told staff and management, beyond the quality of a major competitor in fine dining in the Metroplex. The vegetables were cooked but still crisp to maintain flavor and dining satisfaction. Juan gave great service and Sue made me a great Manhattan. every time we are in downtown Ft. Worth, we try to go to the Reata to dine. It is that good.
