   Took the adult kids to dinner. allsop is our favorite restaurant in LR. wife had the parmesan chicken. daughter lasagna son filet and i had the short rib. all were great!!!!

    Wonderful, varied menu from drinks to dessert (although there was no chocolate). The meals were delicious and beautifully presented. Our server was excellent, quietly keeping an eye on us and only appearing at our table when we needed something. A fabulous evening out! We will be back!

    this trip we took the parents out for dinner and drinks. the food and service was outstanding, as always. dont forget about the FREE valet parking, it make the night so much more enjoyable not worrying with parking.

    It’s a nice, small intimate space. When we arrived there was complimentary valet. That was great. I would have enjoyed some soft music because the sound of everyone talking was a bit much. I think some soft music would have been nice. The food was good. There was a nice special sauce that came on the steak. The server was cool. Ali all a good experience.

    The food was excellent. Unfortunately there was a table of six (three men and three women) who were extremely loud. Despite the fact there were two tables between us, the group was so loud, we could barely hear the waitress and it certainly made it difficult to talk to the four people at our table.

    This is a great place to meet and greet friends and associates. There’s lots of that going on here. Bar is superb with lots of interesting libations….menu was limited but wonderful…..wine list is good and reasonably priced. First time here. Made the stop deliberately to visit this restaurant while on the way to an event in Memphis. We loved the place. Energetic for noise, though, is an understatement! Didn’t matter!

    The best part of our dinner was the beef Carpaccio appetizer. Definitely delicious. Unfortunately our entire dinner felt very rushed. The salads came before appetizers were finished. Entree's came before salads were done. Empty cocktail glasses weren't removed. Our small group of five was there to celebrate a birthday, which was noted in the reservations but it was never acknowledged. The Chilean Sea Bass was bland at best and the veggies and accoutrements were very salty. The short rib was overcooked. Those who ordered the risotto special were pleased. It was rich, but enjoyable. The scallops were good. Everyone's meal was warm but nothing was hot. Seemed like it had been sitting under a heat lamp longer than necessary. For marginal food and mediocre service, the price was not worth it. Would come back for a cocktail and the beef Carpaccio and sit at the bar, but that's it.

    We had a wonderful time at Allsopp & Chapple! Everything we had was delicious! We started with the bruschetta which was super cheesy and garlicky. My wife had the scallop fettuccine and I had the coffee cured filet. Everything was cooked perfectly! I can’t recommend this place enough!

    In town for a client meeting; the bartender at my hotel recommended A&C because the food is so good...so I came. Very disappointed....Entree was prepared perfectly, but I was not happy with the accompaniments. Service was severely lacking for a fine dining restaurant. Small list for wine by the glass....restaurant patrons were very loud; thought I was in a sports bar. Fine dining restaurants usually have a dress code, so I was surprised to see how casually (as in t-shirts, shorts, and jeans) dressed nearby patrons were.

    Everything about this experience was awesome! The blackened redfish was delicious. My wife had the parmesan crusted chicken, and it was wonderful. The sweet potatoes were the best I've ever had. The creme brulee was delicious. Our server was perfect. We will most definitely be back.

    The food was prepared perfectly and the waiter was attentive and efficient. As everyone says, there isn't a better Filet in town. The Sea Bass was also delicious, along with Caprese and Caesar salads. The bread pudding is fantastic and was our favorite part, shared, as anyone who would eat that solo is truly impressive!

    Very tasty appetizers and possibly the best filet we have ever had. We were concerned about parking but there is complimentary valet right out front. The waitresses were very kind. Highly recommend trying the bruschetta and filet. We didn’t have time for dessert but will be back for that as well.

    We had an outstanding meal last night. Allsopp is our go to restaurant but the meal last night was elevated over the other great meals we have had. Wife had the parmesan chicken and I had the short rib with risotto. You cant go wrong at Allsopp

    Great little restaurant, friendly service, excellent bruschetta appetizer! We also had the grilled vegetables with rice and my husband had the house salad with steak, both were delicious. For dessert we shared the chocolate mousse…yummy!

    We have had dinner dates and dinner with friends on multiple occasions and the last two times with friends everyone was discussing how incredible the food is and how we hope this stays open for a long time and consistently good. The ambiance is ok but not great. The lighting is not great and we have asked both times we have eaten with friends to be moved fo a different table bc of lights in our eyes and lighting that is unflattering. Maybe a little adjustment to the layout of the tables or the style and the lighting definitely needs changing. Otherwise this is one of our favorite places to eat with some of the best food in town. We aren’t hard to please but Aren’t easily wowed either. I definitely recommend checking it out.

    Wonderful evening at A&C on our first-ever visit to Little Rock. We started with a local craft beer after being warmly greeted and seated by Lexi. My wife enjoyed a caesar salad as an appetizer. Nice wine list to go along with their menu. The pork chop was fantastic. My wife’s steak was cooked perfectly. Enjoyed an after-dinner cocktail; bartenders made wonderful drinks.
