出餐速度很快牛肉品質還不錯飲品也好喝服務費依客人感受給，但這樣機制滿見仁見智，飲品是另外付款，總價錢來說偏貴，大致上吃得滿意開心重要。

最後在烤一片大五花豬時，店員好像不小心忘記處理了，放很久結果燒焦了。但之後有迅速補上也有好好處理。整理還不錯

肉品很好吃，質感好，份量足，服務人員很有熱誠，名字很有創意，叫先森梅有前！😆😆😆，用餐體驗很好！

服務真的不行一樣照收10% 服務人員一點熱忱都沒有，愛理不理，介紹也不耐煩烤網都要等我們喊才要換…用餐過程中有問才會跟你說食材和烤法。食材豬肉部分腥味不低雖然我可接受但就是性價低份量都很小雖然每個人認定不一但性價低感受上就覺得花3300倒不如吃老牌屋馬的的好吃划算

11.入場⋯桌上的盤子有蝦殼，明顯是前一天晚上沒清洗乾淨，廁所地上是濕的，也危險！份量偏小，用餐完畢用一個盤子裝牙籤跟紙巾時，掉地上也沒換新的，撿起來放盤子給客人，跟服務員說抽屜紙巾沒了，只補3個⋯而且是剛開始用餐的狀況！？員工的sop明顯需要改進！

我參加活動給了服務人員看了兩次優惠券，想要兌換烏龍麵，但服務人員一直都沒有上上來，直接吃飽離開一直都沒有

東西很好吃，量也蠻多的，cp值很高，但美中不足的是服務還可以更好，很多東西需要跟服務人員要才有，如：小朋友的塑膠杯，肉品吃到後面有點油、膩，建議可以改變一下出餐順序。

ㄕ上菜方式特別，但反而是敗筆，付了服務費卻什麼都要自己從輸送帶拿下來，有些盤子盒子還真是不輕，而且以份量和價格比較，感覺是吃擺盤的費用，唯一的桌邊幫烤卻烤了個寂寞….東西都掉了

東西真的好吃服務也很不錯但剛好位置在出餐口會一直有鈴聲噹噹噹的有點吵另外東西都用列車軌道送蠻有趣的但是有時候吃到一半剛好上菜會覺得很忙…
