My steak was overcooked, dry and way too salty. Oh ya overpriced too
Very expensive for a ‘good food’. If there’s a special occassion then its fine.
I think me & my wife had the best steak ever, it was very tender and delicious. Their steak sauce (sorry I can’t recall the name) was nice, although eating the steak with simple salt and pepper was also recommended. The staffs recommended sweet corn for sides, which became terrific additions. Oh and their service was outstanding.
We were seated in the wine cellar underneath the aircond vent.
Food turned cold very fast and we were so cold that we left soon after we finished our food.
There is little value for money here. The cost of the cuts of meat is not in line with overall quality delivered.

Food was wonderful. Champagne was superior. Staff was friendly but a little apathetic. When I called for bill, they forgot to count the chicken in. I informed them of their mistake and they thanked me profusely. Overall experience is wonderful.
Much overpriced steaks. Quality of the meat is top, value for money is poor.
You pay 100+ SGD and get a piece of meat slapped on a plate.
The sides, which of course come extra at a price that is a main course in other good restaurants, are the only bit that have a little decoration and show a tiny bit of creativity.
If money is no object, perhaps a place to go, otherwise look elsewhere.

The Early Cut menu is incredible value for money. Have gone back for it multiple times.
Enjoyed the vibe in the place. Service was very hot or miss. Screwed up a rare filet twice and over cooked a ribeye to medium well. If you are a steakhouse you need to know the difference in the levels of doneness. Management made it up to us but the overall experience was disappointment with a side of meh. Not the quality I expected from Cut
Celebrated our birthdays at CUT. Everything was great, especially the crab cakes.
Scallop appetizer was really small and wasn't up to expectations. Japanese Filet Wagyu was amazing, bone marrow I would skip out on, however. Service was phenomenal ;)

I never write reviews, but have to say that cut was incredible! Went there for dinner for my husbands bday and we totally loved it! It worth every penny and service was brilliant! There is no good service in SG, but cut totally nailed it!
WE have been to CUT a number of times over the years and just returned to Singapore this year, so our first time for a couple of years, Food and Alcohol are another 30-40% from where it was previously. a simple meal with a couple of beers and a cocktail was $300 so I think if you wished to have a decent meal and bottle of moderate wine, you would be looking at $500 as a minimum. So quite expensive for what it was.. the steak was burnt on my wife's.. so overall I think it was overpriced for what you actually got.. which I have never felt like in this place.
The only negativ was the loudness, so conversation was difficult.

Amazing service. The chicken was one of the best I have eaten (can't take beef for religious reasons). The portion was huge though the name says baby chicken =)

Pedir mas entradas y recomiendo un buen corte pequeño para compartir y pedir de todo un poco. Muy buenos vinos y sobre todo el postre (soufflé de chocolate)
Buzzy place with good atmosphere, we enjoyed the full flavored umami flavors in wagyu and bone-in wagyu. However the bone marrow side dish was pale and globular (ie undercooked; maybe need to specifically ask for it to be caramelised/ charred) and the Mac cheese could be runnier...Sommelier was helpful and knowledgeable; otherwise the general service level that night was patchy and distant. Eg we had about 6 different people serve us and all seemed stressed. If you order bday cake online you may need to follow up and remind them. I’d definitely recommend this place for fine beef, but service quality could be improved.
I came to CUT for my birthday dinner. The ambiance was very nice and I liked the random pictures of celebrities on the walls. The restaurant was dimly lit, which gives off a romantic vibe. I shared an appetizer with my boyfriend, but the entrée was taking a long time. I felt we waited for almost 20 minutes, which seemed like a long time.
Other than that, I felt that the staff was wonderful and we had a great time!
Il locale si presenta un po’ buio come se si mangiasse a lume di candela, servizio attento ma un po’ frettoloso non in linea con gli stellati in Italia. Nessun piatto di benvenuto o dolcetti finali, qualità del cibo elevata, il filetto che ho preso dalla tenerezza della carne si poteva tagliare con la forchetta. Ottimo anche l’antipasto con asparagi, uovo in camicia, marmellata di funghi e bacon croccante. Ristorante consigliato e la stella Michelin è meritata.

i believe this restaurant have one of the best of all time services, the waiters are kind, funny, and also caring. the food on the other hand was also good but not outstanding. the atmosphere on the place gave a cozy vibe with a bit of class in air, i really recommend to visit this place if you are looking for a place to chill with friends or maybe a date. due to the indoor and a bit cramp(minor) i can't recommend it for a romantic evening. But above all i can safely said i have a michelin star experienced.
The service was par excellence and the food on a rating of 1-10 it was a 11.The icing on the cake was the desert which was incredible,
Dinner was a date. Previous dinner at Cut was first class. This dinner the Prime ribeye was dry and very little marbling. Cut has done better. Still had a nice meal. For the price and the quality of my last steak I will probably go somewhere else next time.
Very average and very overpriced for what you get
I have taste better steaks with better pricing. But if you were looking of where to eat steak at the MBS then this is the place to go. if you are looking for one not in MBS, i think other places has better pricing with the same quality of meat.
I always go to this restaurant for very special occasions and it does not disappoint. Their steaks are EXCEPTIONAL. I always order their USDA Prime filet mignon and its always cooked perfectly to my liking... Very tender - I don't think I needed a knife! Paired it with 1998 Bordeaux grand cru... OMG. Perfection. Even the hot and cold appetisers that we ordered were delicious. Sides were overpriced though - nothing special about them. But overall, I had a very good and memorable meal here as always. I was also very pleased that they gave us a booth type table so we had a bit more privacy.
It’s been approx 15 months since we’ve frequented Cut & the food is just as good. The steak’s my favourite & the chicken my daughter’s.
The American Wagyu Rib Eye was delicious dan juicy. It was done with perfect medium rare temperature. I will come back again for more
Great American style steaks, juicy and tender with a nice crust. One of the best I've tried so far in Singapore.
Good service, staff is attentive and friendly without being robotic.
