   Very good food, loud but fits with the type of restaurant. Disappointed to be tucked away from the main restaurant, missed out on the ambiance (which is a big part of coming here). Can’t fault the food, service felt a little cold at first, but our waiter pulled it back and was excellent, very helpful and friendly.

   This place is a real treat, thoroughly enjoyed my experience here, the food was incredible. We were asked if we minded moving to the bar as they had accidentally booked a table for someone when they didn’t have any tables available, as we were done eating me and my partner agreed and we got given a free cocktail each which was absolutely lovely. Such lovely and friendly staff and a really nice place. Will definitely be back. Thank you :)

   Having been a regular visitor to Rosso since it opened I was excited to take friends there. It has to have been the worst meal I’ve had there. Garlic breads weren’t burnt…I could have sent them back but if I’m honest they shouldn’t have even been sent out. The kitchen and restaurant team had both seen them. I had the wrong main course and two of our meals were cold. Such a shame as it really used to be the ‘go to’ place but I think it will have been my last.

   Lunch at Rosso is always a treat. interesting and very good food. friendly and professional service. Great decor. On a Saturday it exceeds all that with the sheer theatre of ones fellow guests busy taking photos by the decorations. Dressed up in the latest, fashions groups celebrating etc. Splendid stuff. We'll worth it.

    All of the staff were very friendly. From arriving to the barmen and waiter. Food was excellent and they were very accommodating at tweaking the menu for me. The restaurant is absolutely stunning, but it comes with at a price. Personally it’s worth it for the overall experience. Drinks are priced competitively £7 for a glass of Prosecco Thank you to the staff for a special experience

    Good food but felt some of it was over priced, service could of been better. Felt we had to look to get the attention of the waiter's as opposed to them checking if we needed anything.

    The ambience was modern fine dining and topped up by the most friendly staff. My 6 year old decided to dance around the table and it wasn’t an issue. She spilt water and they were amazing. The food was super tasty and the staff are priceless! Would definitely recommend to anyone any time x

    Food, as ever, was delicious though a couple of the portion sizes were slightly small given the price. Nonetheless, a great night out rounded off superbly by the wonderful gesture of a complimentary Birthday cake.

    In my opinion the service of the place was really poor, the sitting was bad, I went for my birthday and they didn't even ask if there was a special occasion, I called the restaurant around 5 times, but they hung up all of them. In my opinion, the experience could've been better if the service was better.

    We had a gorgeous time at the Rosso restaurant in Manchester. Staff were really friendly and attentive. The guys behind the bar were fun and chatty. The food was delicious, really tasty and authentic. I was v impressed with my chicken lasagna and my daughters loved the beautiful risotto. It was also so nice to be given an added desert for Mother’s Day. The girls n I had already ordered a desert! So dad was lucky to have his little cake too. Thank you to all the staff and the musicians we’re brilliant too. Such a lovely atmosphere🥰😘

    Ate from the lunch menu which was decidedly cheaper than the a la carte menu but very clearly smaller portions and also just looked less impressive. I felt a bit disappointed that I'd not just ordered from the main. We had desserts from the main menu which were delicious. Also a ten pound service fee and five pounds for water for the table. It wanted to be special, but it sort of just wasn't... couldn't make its mind up about whether it was an exclusive venue or somewhere that was high quality but approachable... it didn't quite pull off either.

    After seeing this restraunt highly publicised on social media, we had high expectations. The restraunt lived up to the expectations we had and was an amazing experience. The decor was amazing, the food was beautiful, the service and staff were friendly. Highly recommended for a nice evening meal. 10/10.

    An incredible experience. This was a treat for my wife and daughter. What a beautiful place. A great selection of cocktails, and a good wine list. We had Steak, and we could not fault it, paired with a valpolicella, my choice of wine. The service was very good and prompt, though I did have to ask for water a couple of times before it arrived, but overall very good. My wife and daughter were very impressed. It is is a tad Pricey, but you Pay for what you get.

    When we entered the restaurant we were warmly greeted by the receptionist. Service at the bar was slow, but the staff were really pleasant. The food was nice, especially the cavatelli con salsicca al turtufo Nero. Our waiter was really nice he was funny, efficient and attentive but unobtrusive. When we received our bill we had been charged for drinks we hadn’t had, these were removed off the bill without any issue. When you make a booking it asks are you celebrating a special event, as it was a member of our parties birthday I just clicked birthday. At the end of the meal the waiter brought an unrequested dessert with candle etc on it, oh that was a nice gesture I thought, but realised later that we had been charged £5 for something I didn’t even request!! It should be made clear to customers that they will be charged for it, to be frank the birthday girl would have rather have chosen her dessert. Other than that we had a lovely dining experience and will definitely go back.

    Amazing service, food was unbelievable and the atmosphere was great for a Tuesday night. I booked it for my mums birthday & after we had our food they brought out a desert with ‘happy birthday’ written on a chocolate slab, they also bought us both free shots. I feel we were very well looked after, they were very attentive and we never had to ask twice for anything, they worked very efficiently. We stayed in the restaurant for 3 and a half hours and never felt as though they were trying to get us to leave. 10/10 recommend

    I have been before and really enjoyed Rosso but wasn't impressed this time. One of my guests was nearly turned away for his trousers, this seems a bit farfetched to have a dress code on a Monday dinner time. Our waitress didn't seem to be interested in us and lacked manners at times. The food was ok, lacking in flavours on some parts and generally I wasn't particularly happy with the standard for the price we paid.

    Waitresses were racist and made racial comments towards us, then they were stood there talking about us and being passive aggressive. They made us feel really uncomfortable. When we spoke to the manager, he was very dismissive and deflected from the racial comments

    Been previously and the food was much better it was quite average this time not good really considering the cost. Also when dining you want to be able to chat to friends you can’t do that here as the music was that loud we were having to shout to each other they did when asked turn it down but it shouldn’t be necessary when dining it’s a restaurant not a club.

    Service was fun and friendly, food was really good, hot and fresh, really cool place with a great atmosphere. Definitely recommend and go back! Although slightly pricey I guess you expect that in any city centre.
