                                                                                      Service was good as well as nice ambience but the sides we ordered such as Ruth Chris potatoes, stuffed mushrooms and creamed spinach--the platters they served them on were so hot and we could not pass the dishes around because it burned our hands--when the servers bring the hot platters out they use heavy gloves but those of us at the table had nothing and had to wait until the platters cooled down and by that time our main course was cold--too long of a wait for the too hot food. Also my husband had a lobster tail and within 30 minutes he was sick to his stomach. My granddaughter had a filet and said it was very good.

                                                                                      I don’t mind pay ,but the quality of the meat was no good , meat was coal , I sent back ,a minute after they brought back , the old fashion was shake supposed to by stir , the only good think was the server . To be honest I don’t care for this place , also the lobster soup was horrible very watery , the only think was the shrimp . The plates were boiling that fine not a problem ,when I put my finger on the meat was coal ,what it means , probably the people in the kitchen knows. What really upset me a minute later the brought me my meat back , really a ribeye ,I did not finish my meal , I ended up making meat tacos at home , really expensive tacos . I forgot the name of the girl , she was very sweet and she know the business ,probably one day she move out to a different restaurant , managers should check the quality of the meat ,also pay attention to those things .

Seated outside with reservation as no tables were available inside. They called to confirm and reminded me of their “business casual dress code”. Needless to say - they apparently did not inform the other diners. In addition, our waitress who shall remain nameless, was terrible. Asked for bread - several times - never got any BUT proceeded to give bread to another table. The whole experience left me with a bad taste in my mouth. Not sure we will return.

                                                                                      I was looking forward to my reservation at Ruth's Chris for Mother's Day I had a fantastic time I was greeted by someone very nice my table was perfect my food was out of this world little pricey but you got to go with Joe Biden has done to us service was really nice Erica was on point the manager walking around and checking on everyone and see how everything was and if everyone enjoying their meal and gave all the moms a rose that's a phenomenal Hospitality point I would definitely definitely go again thank you Ruth Chris

I even went so far as to explain that if it couldn’t be prepared that way the FIRST time, I’d be fine ordering something else. I was assured that it wouldn’t be a problem. I then explained that nothing is more irritating than sending a meal back while others are sitting waiting for your meal to return. Steak was way under cooked and had to be returned. In their zeal to get it back quickly ( was still about 8 minutes), the plate and all its contents where charred pitch black. They obviously left every thing on the original plate and heated it with some form of super-heat. Tasted terrible. Anyway, we won’t be back.
