Phenomenal experience from start to finish. The oysters with the wasabi ginger were so good! I always get a ribeye and it is always perfect! Our sides were mushrooms and potato au gratin . The service is always friendly, knowledgeable and timely.

Food and drinks are always very good. My friend got a free dessert for her birthday. We will be back for future visits.

Another great meal. Started off with Margaret who had such a friendly personality and five star service. The filets were naturally awesome. My starter, the chop salad, is incredible. My sons beef carpaccio was world class as well. FYI I only gave 4 stars in value simply because of course this is not an inexpensive restaurant- although well worth every penny; the 4 stars is this no reflection of what a great place this is!

I went to Ruth Chris For the first time to celebrate my birthday. Although it was a tad pricey the service was amazing. Our waitress name was Margaret she was soo sweet. She went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. I would definitely go again. Thank you Margaret for making my birthday special.

Last night my family and I went to Ruth Chris to celebrate my son's 23rd birthday. We did not read the dress code before arriving and my 16 year old daughter was wearing ripped jeans. As we were being seen to our table, we were told that she could not be seated in the dining room because of her jeans. We understood and my husband took her to a nearby store to get new pants. The remaining 4 of us stayed and enjoyed cocktails and appetizers until they got back. However, while we were there we saw a lady in Adidas track pants and t-shirt, another lady in capri yoga pants with a crop sweatshirt and sneakers, a lady wearing a t-shirt that said, "I'm not just a snack, I'm the whole damn meal" and more sneaker and crop top variations than I can count... all sitting in the dining room. While my daughter was in ripped jeans, she was wearing a very nice top and heels. She looked more appropriate than many people in the dining room. I totally get a dress code and honestly love a place that demands everyone look nice (I'm a fan of any excuse to dress up), but it really should be enforced consistently.

From their website:

Dress Code
Proper Attire Required Please.
Thank you for not wearing: Athletic wear, tank tops (gentlemen), clothing with offensive graphics or language, flip flops, cut-off shorts or torn clothing.
Please remove your hat when entering the restaurant.

The location was great. Service was great. The private room where we were seated looked like a hotel conference room. Outside of that, no complaints.

Let me just say I’m not very picky and pretty laid back, but i was Not impressed. Paid over 200$ for a table next to a bright window with three tables of people sitting practically on top of us. I could hear all the conversations around me and sure they could hear mine too. Table wasn’t pre bussed even though we had the dishes stacked at the end of the table. Steak was supposed to be medium and was medium well. Food surely wasn’t worth over 200$. Certainly won’t be back. Ridiculous prices and I would’ve enjoyed my steak at home better and more privacy at another restaurant. Waste of money

We had a reservation for 830 pm, however when we arrived we were told there was 25 minute wait. The atmosphere did not feel like a five star dining experience. The food was subpar. I have experienced Ruth’s Chris food in other cities, and the food is usually impeccable. I ordered Ribeye steak medium well, however the steak was tough, not tender at all. I do not recommend this establishment for special occasions as we were celebrating my husband’s birthday.

Be careful of your attire. Although there were other guests there with worse clothing on.

Good food, slow service, banquet hall ambience. The old girl is slipping a bit.
