Kim was very nice and sweet. Me and my boyfriend enjoyed the bread and butter, I wasn’t a fan of the lobster tail and lobster bisque but everything else came out pretty good. My boyfriend enjoyed the salmon with shrimp but he did point out his food was cold. And I ordered the fillet and lobster tail, my steak was hot but my lobster was cold also which I was surprised since they said the plate is at 500 degree hot. I had mashed potatoes and it was really good and my boyfriend ordered the lobster Mac n cheese. I enjoyed the Mac n cheese without the lobster. Overall good experience but probably wouldn’t have lobster here

We went for Happy Hour and arrived about ten minutes before 4:00 p.m. We seated ourselves and waited ten minutes before any of the staff ever spoke to us or otherwise noted we were there. We did finally get water. Our order was taken about 10 minutes after 4:00. Our food arrived at almost 4:30. The hamburgers and drinks were excellent.

The front counter reception was not as friendly or courteous as I have experienced before. I was greeted with “how can I help you?” Like I was at the customer service desk at the DMV. There seems to be some younger staff working the front counter that aren’t as polished, they could be warmer and could use a more customer service oriented tone. The server and food server staff were dialed in. The meal was fantastic as always.

As always the food was excellent. We ordered a couple of glasses of wine and it took a long long time to get the wine. The waiter came a apologized for the delay and said they have a new bar tender in training. But it took about 20 minutes for the wine.

My husband and I had an early NYE dinner. The service was attentive and friendly. The food was wonderful, especially the banana cream pie dessert! The atmosphere was warm and comfortable, and everyone seemed to be enjoying their evening. It felt festive and special. Thank you to Diana and Josh are primary servers and the entire team at Ruth Chris for helping us celebrate the end of the year and the beginning of the next with such professionalism and care!

Beautiful place to have dinner. We order the Tomahawk steak medium well but was well cooked. Tomahawk was way over priced and didn't come with any sides for that price. Order the shrimp on the side but was way over cooked and was hard.

Sometimes you just want an extra special dinner with a cozy atmosphere. The stuffed mushrooms were wonderful! Diane was our server, checking in frequently, we were very happy with her professional service. The dinner was delicious and we were never rushed.

Great dinner and excellent service. If you're not looking for steak, the lamb chops are superb. Lobster mac and cheese is too juicy. It was also like mac and cheese with lobster added to the top. Had better. The sweet potato casserole is excellent!

This is our first time at the Sacramento Ruth's Chris Steak House location. We've previously dined at the Walnut Creek and the Roseville locations and have been quite happy. We decided to try this location for Christmas dinner since we live nearby. The Sacramento location is nice. The ambiance and the service was excellent. Our server, Jordan, was really on top of it in terms of making sure had what we needed before, during, and after our meal. The food, however, was just okay. We did the pre-fixe menu and that was probably our mistake. This was the first time we ever ordered off a pre-fixe menu and this might be why our meal was just okay. We did order the calamari appetizer (in addition to the pre-fixe menu). It was crispy and delicious. However, I would recommend getting the sweet chili sauce on the side as opposed to having it drizzled on top. The calamari got a little soggy after a few minutes while we were talking in between bites. My partner got the Ceasar salad with anchovies and he loved it. I got the lobster bisque and sent it back. It had a weird aftertaste that I found odd. Jordan offered to bring me another appetizer, but I declined because we were still working on the calamari. My partner got an 11 oz filet rare and he loved it. I got a 16 oz prime ribeye steak rare and it came out medium to medium rare. I ate a little of it but did not enjoy the steak because it was overcooked for my liking. Jordan did offer to replace it but after the bisque, I thanked him for the offer but declined. We got mushrooms and garlic mashed potatoes which were both delicious! For dessert, we opted for coffee and the apple bread pudding which were so good! I should have ordered another one it was that good! Overall, even though the service was fantastic, I don't think we'll be back to this location. Given the cost of our Christmas dinner, I would probably visit another steak house in Sacramento for our next holiday dinner.

Excellent Dinner Service! The Bread was from out of this world and the steaks were superb! My wife and I went here for Christmas Dinner last night as our flight was cancelled the previous day. So we missed our Carribean cruise and took this as a consolation prize. Let me tellyou it helped as a salve on my depressed mood.

Took 40 mins for appetizer to arrive, soup tastes odd(waitress even commented that it gets sent back frequently), and took an hour for meal to arrive. Waitress was nice but didn’t check in with us about food or give any updates.

Really delighted with all aspects from reservations to dining. Service was great and the delicious meal! Besides all the Entrees, we loved the Veal Raviolis Appetizer and Lobster Mac & Cheese as a side! Coming again soon just for those items along with a salad. The Grilled Asparagus and Au Gratin Potatoes were good but nothing special. We will back!
