    Service was not the best, but I’m sure it’s chalked up to short on staff. Manager attempted to rectify due to seeing we were sitting staring around with menus still at our table. Unfortunately the manager misunderstood our order, so we were served the most expensive steak, that was less that subpar. They did take $50 off our tab, which was nice. Quality of food and service was just not good in comparison to our past experiences. We don’t have a Ruth’s Chris near us, so very seldomly get to experience typically amazing food and service. Was a let down 😔

    From valet to the table it was a perfect date night. The food was amazing as usual! Everyone was professional and in a great mood which is uncommon these days. It was very much worth it to be there.

    This location was just not as good as every other Ruth’s Chris where we have dined. Our waiter had no knowledge of wine which was quite disappointing since we didn’t want either of the two he was pushing. The food had no pizzazz - it seemed like just an expensive chain restaurant. My husband described the restroom as a hobbit hole with overflowing waste bins.

    Worst service we ever had at a Ruth Chris restaurant. Server never checked on how our meal was, and took almost an hour to get my son a soft drink after asking 3 different people if they could help. Recommend not eating here.

    We had the most amazing dinner at Ruth’s Chris Steak House. The food was to die for, and was for sure the best steak I’ve ever had. The service was outstanding and we were seated with a beautiful view of the arch. It was a terrific experience overall! Highly recommend.

    Lovely evening at Ruth’s Chris. Great service and meal. Our group enjoyed the filet, shrimp and salmon. All greatly enjoyed their entree. The roasted corn side dish was also excellent. Look forward to a return visit.

    I had a great experience. This was our first time at Ruth Chris & our server, Weston, was PHENOMENAL. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and drinks, gave great recommendations, and just enhanced our overall experience. The food was delicious. We ordered the stuffed chicken breast, which was good but too much cheese for my personal preference, and the Filet with Jumbo shrimp which tasted great. I’ll definitely be returning soon.

    The Chestnut location was fantastic. The food was impeccable and the service was outstanding. Killian went above and beyond our expectations. We would gladly eat here again and recommend this restaurant to anyone who desires delicious food and impeccable service.

    I put on our reservation that we were celebrating a Birthday but know one mentioned it. I ordered my steak medium but I think it was a little over cooked. Probably a simple mistake because I’ve never had that problem in the past.

    Jemell was our server and he was AMAZING! The overall service was great! We had the barbecue shrimp which did not taste like BBQ and very tough but we ate it and the ravioli didn't have a lot of flavor..

    Valentines Day dinner and I’ve dined here more than 20 times. This was my first bad experience. The salad was dry, crab cakes were room temperature. My husband chicken didn’t come out sizzling hot as it usually does, he was able to eat it right away. My steak was the same temperature wise. We believe our food was simply warmed and not freshly cooked. Even the broccoli was soggy. Our waitress was great but the food not so much. It was definitely the worst experience we have had with this establishment.
