In our charming bayside cottage, Chef Paul Edward serves guests a 12 course tasting menu at the intimate, 8 seat Chef's Counter, inspired by the rhythms of the Chesapeake. Reservations are required.

At Lewes Oyster House, we serve tavern-inspired fare made with fresh, regionally sourced ingredients—and we partner with local farmers whenever we can. We make trips to The Black Olive about once a month. U have never been disappointed. This time they had roasted tomato soup as their vegetable soup of the day. It was outstanding! There are many small plates to chose from and also main courses, This time we had 2 small plates each and skipped the main dish. Whatever you choose you can't go wrong. For desert, make sure you select the Baklava ice cream. There is nothing like it anywhere else.
