Our omakase unfolds through 20 to 25 courses, guided by Japanese technique and the natural rhythm of the seasons. Subtle variations may appear within the same season, while more profound transformations emerge with each seasonal transition.

The experience takes place at the counter, where guests are seated in close proximity to the chef. Relatively New to Frankfurt, this is the only true Omakase! Chef blends his experience in Japan and time at Nobu, to put an amazing flare on each presentation! Highly Recommend! Quality of fish was outstanding!
