Back in 2020, we started making fresh pasta for ourselves and family. Word got out and we decided to put up Noodle Lab, a fresh pasta purveyor, for people who got into cooking over the pandemic.

As Noodle Lab gained momentum, this opened us up to new opportunities like pop-ups in restaurants across the metro, allowing us to share our take on food.

Now, we are so excited to open our own restaurant, a dream we’ve had for quite some time.

Delina is the culmination of our journey throughout the last 5 years. It is our way of sharing our love and passion for food with all of you.

Came here for our anniversary and everything was top-tier. Loved the great ambience and personalized table greeting. Huge thanks to LJ for being so attentive. The NY strip (medium) was cooked to perfection, and we really appreciated the complimentary dessert!
