Always a must stop for our Anniversary. We always ask for Jose who is an outstanding server and over the years have become friends with. The food is always excellent and we like that we never feel rushed to enjoy our evening, which Jose is very accommodating to make sure we have a great evening ,which of course we did. See you in April!!!!!

Exceeded expectations. The menu and wine pairings were impeccable, the service coordinated, timely and attentive. We had some last minute guests added at the last minute that they bent over backwards to accommodate. Each plate was a work of art in and of itself, but built from plate to plate into a very memorable evening. I look forward to see what more these talented chefs and staff can come up with next time.

Beautiful restaurant and great service! The manager greeted us and our server was very proactive with us. The food was tasty but we did wait awhile for each course which was strange because the restaurant wasn’t that busy on a Wednesday night. The whole aesthetic and design of the restaurant was amazing.

I made my reservation ahead of time before traveling from the states. We were seated in a quiet separate chamber from the crowd for our honeymoon. Amazing experience. I always have to remember food in other countries is cooked with less salt that US. With that in mind, I would do the tasting experience again. The Zero Alcohol drinks were quite good as we do not drink alcohol. I loved hearing the small history of each tasting and the waiter was gracious in his answering of follow up questions. The cave also had a couple bats flying around inside chambers, a ritual table from the original Alux Tribe who occupied the cave and a small waterfall and “cenote”. We were encouraged to walk around and explore the cave after our meal. 5* experience

Our experience at Bassano was excelente! Our server Britannia treated us like family, was very attentive and helpful in our selection of drinks and meals. Our salads were good portions and we shared a pizza which was more than enough for the two of us. We are celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and Britannia brought us a special anniversary dessert, even had a sparkler at the table, then brought out chocolates. In our dining experiences, it is nice to have an evening at a restaurant that stands out and is memorable.
