This restaurant thoroughly impressed us. We were celebrating our 25th anniversary. The staff was extremely kind, accommodating, skilled, and professional. The menu was fantastic with incredible options. The food was fresh and presented perfectly. We were allowed to eat slowly and savor every bite of food. Portions were ample, food was served immediately upon preparation. The entire staff worked together to bring every guest the ultimate service and experience. Thank you!

Always a must stop for our Anniversary. We always ask for Jose who is an outstanding server and over the years have become friends with. The food is always excellent and we like that we never feel rushed to enjoy our evening, which Jose is very accommodating to make sure we have a great evening ,which of course we did. Beautiful restaurant and great service! The manager greeted us and our server was very proactive with us. The food was tasty but we did wait awhile for each course which was strange because the restaurant wasn’t that busy on a Wednesday night. The whole aesthetic and design of the restaurant was amazing.

We spent a 8 days in Cancun and went to this restaurant THREE times. That should tell you all you need. It was one of the best meals to be found. Great service, great bar, and the best food. I promise you'll enjoy it.

Our experience at Bassano was excelente! Our server Britannia treated us like family, was very attentive and helpful in our selection of drinks and meals. Our salads were good portions and we shared a pizza which was more than enough for the two of us. We are celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and Britannia brought us a special anniversary dessert, even had a sparkler at the table, then brought out chocolates. In our dining experiences, it is nice to have an evening at a restaurant that stands out and is memorable.
