Sol is a fresh take on a classic venue, focusing on authentic Caribbean-fusion cuisine. Menu highlights include traditional favorites, such as rich seafood kallaloo, fish and fungi, and fresh caught Caribbean lobster, complemented by new favorites, including 1855 Montana Black Angus Ribeye Steaks.

You'll dine in a newly renovated, open air dining room overlooking Charlotte Amalie and have your choice of an excellent and recently updated wine list, bespoke cocktails, refreshing juices, or a good, old-fashioned beer.

Hadn't been there for 2 years since it changed owners and some hurricane repairs. The view is wonderful, the menu was smaller but there was a $55 dollar 3 course menu which we selected and was excellent. The service was excellent but check your bill: an extra drink from the next table was added but then deleted when I questioned it and added protein wasn't added but was charged and then deleted when I pointed it out. An automatic 18% service charge is added-sign of the times I suppose as more establishments do this. The drink menu was very nice and the bartender was very personable. Would definitely return next year.

The Old Stone Farmhouse is an award winning, fine dining restaurant. Set in a wooded valley close to the 11th hole of the Mahogany Run Golf Course, this restaurant is located in a 300 year old restored field house on the lush countryside of St. Thomas.

It was created as a stable for a nearby Danish sugar plantation, and the walls are more than 2 feet thick. Ceiling fans and breezes blowing through the valley keep the place cool.

The building’s distinctive character is shown with native stone walls, original hardwood floors, brick arches, and a charming covered palm-lined courtyard. The restaurant features "Chef Inspired" fine dining in an intimate and elegant atmosphere. The cuisine is ingredient driven and will change with each season.

The Old Stone Farmhouse is one of the most romantic and elegant dinner settings anywhere, offering old-world charm and a second-to-none dining experience. Personalized attention makes dining here a delight.

Virgilio's is a wonderful gem of a restaurant. It was recommended to us by a large number of locals. Such a great find! The staff are all friendly and welcoming. The cocktails were very tasty. The food was OMG good! We are here on the island for 16 days. We've been to this restaurant 4 times because of the food, drinks, and service!

Fabulous experience. We enjoyed paella night with a bottle of Tempranillo. Everything was delicious. Service was great. Table right next to the ocean. Steel drums playing. Very enjoyable evening!

This place was AMAZING!! The best place to eat at the Ritz Carlton! Tamika was so professional and really, really good at making sure the guest had a great experience! The manager along with ALL SERVERS were amazing! The hospitality was 10 ⭐️’s, we ate there 2 nights in a row! - Fried Snapper, Jerk chicken and the St.Thomas wings were the best! The drinks were delicious, & the Italian ice drink was delicious! Tamika is now our official family member☺️ We love her! I can’t wait to visit again!
