My wife and I had a lovely meal. Highly recommend sitting at the bar; both watching and speaking with the chefs was great. Cocktails were excellent, food was excellent, wait staff was excellent and knowledgeable. Would happily come back next time we're in QC.

Excellent from start to finish. Imaginative, beautiful, tasty food, flawlessly served and excellently paired with wines. Bring your bank account, because it doesn’t come cheap (most expensive meal we’ve ever had!). Head and shoulders above the Michelin 1-star restaurant we dined at the next night (but, again, at a higher cost). They clearly are aiming for a second star and I wouldn’t be surprised to see them get it.

Another excellent experience with remarkable dishes, both in presentation and taste. The layered asparagus with cheese sauce were delicious, the lamb perfectly cooked and seasoned and the tiramisu completed nicely the meal. Views in the St-Lawrence river remain memorable.

Simon was our waiter. We sat on a beautiful back patio that was so nice. The food was fabulous. But the best part of the dinner was Simon. He was awesome. Gave suggestions, explained menu items, was very personable and engaging.
