Wow! This is your special occasion venue. We were celebrating 3 birthdays and one PhD convocation. The location speaks for itself! The view is spectacular. To have a private venue with such superlative service, thank you to Charlotte our server, the very polite greeting hostess, AND the amazing kitchen staff who prepared so many delicious items: Eggs Bennie perfectly prepared (and served), croissants and pain au chocolat flakey, steak medium rare (as it should be) Pavlova with lemon curd; this is a tricky one and kitchen staff nailed it, potatoes - delish, asparagus and tomotos just right. This is the place for a celebration with family and/or friends. Was 5 star experience in all regards. Thank you!

Solid Easter buffet again this year...we have been regular customers here for various holiday buffets over the past 15 years and again this year it was great. Excellent quality, terrific food selection, great table layout in the ballroom and great atmosphere. The only issue this year was service....we found it tough to get service for coffee/tea/water..having to go ourselves twice to get it.....not sure if they were short staff or just training new staff but we managed.

Our evening meal here was absolutely outstanding. The starter French Onion Soup was excellently seasoned and loaded with onions and cheese. The Scallops Carpaccio was new treat for us and much enjoyed. The main was the prime rib, mashed potatoes and fresh asparagus which we shared. The beef was melt in you mouth tender, very tasty, and the potatoes were nicely seasoned and the asparagus was cooked perfectly. Desserts included a lemon pavlova and a crème brûlée, both were most ample and delicious. We would highly recommend the Vermillion. Our server Crystal was a pure delight. Pleasant, helpful, efficient, and very knowledgeable about the menu items.

Fantastic meal in a lovely setting with mountain views. Great service. Everything our group of five ordered was delicious. We particularly enjoyed the eggplant appetizer and carbonara. Our favorite meal in Canmore/Banff!

This is the perfect location to sit back and enjoy food, family and Sunshine's beauty. It is located on the second floor of Sunshine Mountain Lodge and open daily for breakfast, lunch, après-ski and dinner.
Be sure to check out Eagle's Nest - our extension on Chimney Corner pens its doors for dinner service daily from 5pm. It is spacious enough to host large gatherings, or can be an intimate setting for a romantic evening. It is located on the mezzanine level and immediately adjacent to the Chimney Corner.

Great little spot. Very casual. Service was excellent and the food wonderful. The pizza was perfect for what I wanted that evening. And looking forward to around I wish I could have tried several meals others were enjoying
