The heat didn’t work and the wait staff never informed us till the meal was almost over. We had to send back several of our orders. Very disappointed, we’ve been there several times and this was not in keeping with our previous experiences

I highly recommend Serafina in White Plains. My son loved the pasta with pesto sauce with sliced steak. I loved the grilled chicken entree with arugula salad with diced tomatoes. We started off with Bruschetta which was so delicious! The service and ambiance were lovely. I have already planned another reservation to Serafina!

My 7th or 8th visit but my first review. Serafina delivers excellent homemade pastas and a few other well-made dishes (the beef carpaccio and grilled swordfish come to mind). We wish they would be more flexible about offering half-orders of pasta, or agreeing to some very simple substitutions, like a side of pasta instead of potato or changing a vegetable. A few other nits to pick include well-intentioned but sometimes uneven service, and wines and cocktails that are very ordinary but with "artisanal" prices. All that said, the house-made pastas are fantastic...if also a bit too pricey. I would expect these prices at their NYC restaurants but not in White Plains.

The food was great, exceeded my expectations. Overall it was a little pricey, but overall not far from what I expected. The waitress could have been a little more attentive, not constantly rushing off. But overall great experience

We were celebrating my daughter's birthday with a large group of friends and the staff went above and beyond in accommodating the group.

Food was good. Portion sizes were small. Service was slow. We were a bother to our waitress who wanted to spend more time talking to her friend and looking at her phone.

The food was absolutely awful. I love serafina in Manhattan but these place does not even compare. The pizza was terrible, the drinks over priced and the service was slow. Stay away!

The food was really good, but the drinks came after our main courses were served. Given the fact that it was Christmas day, I completely understand if they were short staffed.

Serafina in White Plains did not disappoint! The service was great and i was able to get Gnocchi alla vodka although it wasnt on the menu. You can tell the food here is quality because i did not leave feeling gross! Highly recommend the Arugula Parmesan salad and the Nutella pizza... YUM!!!! We will be back :)

I come here frequently and the food is always consistently delicious. It does take forever to get a drink and it sometimes feels the restaurant is too much for the staff to handle. In spite of this, I go here once a week when I want authentic Italian cuisine.

We always enjoy Serafina in White Plains. My husband's veal limone was delicious and was accompanied by perfectly cooked broccoli. The pizzas are always great. My grandchildren ordered the Bolognese and penne vodka and enjoyed them very much. The chicken parm is something my son and I always look forward to and this time it was a bit disappointing - the sauce, cheese, and overall flavor was excellent. The quality of the chicken was questionable - it seemed very tough and to contain a transparent almost plastic wrap type substance in the meat. I have encountered this condition at other restaurants of lesser quality and reputation, but never at Serafina either in the city or in White Plains. The restaurant is very pleasant and welcoming and I am hopeful this chicken parm can be improved. Thank you for the opportunity to comment.

Lovely Italian restaurant with convenient location to downtown WP for shows / movies. Accordingly, better suited for families than fine dining: very noisy ( a lot of children) at 6:30 pm on a Saturday.

The food was outstanding, the service terrific and Ambiance lovely. I am definitely returning and highly recommend Serafina for good Italian Food.

Very nice time. The food was very good and the service was good as well. I took a client to lunch and we had an enjoyable time.

Seemed like a nice place walking in. The server was not attentive at all. We had to continuously get another employee to go get him for us whenever we needed something. As far as the food, the bread they give you once you are seated was cold and hard. The minestrone soup was room temperature and tasted "ok." I will say, however, that the meatballs were delicious. I also had the jumbo shrimp with risotto which was also delicious. Overall, I might give Serafina's another try but definitely not this location.
