We have been visiting the re-branded Everline for over 20 years. The property is spectacular and we hope the new F&B Team is successful in the coming seasons.

We shared the caprese salad and each ordered the scallops and everything was delicious. Our waiter was attentive, the views are beautiful, and the piano player added to a wonderful dinner (enjoyed hearing classic rock on the piano). For minor improvements, don’t ask if there is a special occasion, birthday or anniversary, and not acknowledge it, and a simple cocktail like a margarita with a request of no expensive tequila should not cost more than the specialty cocktails.

Was too empty to be able to charge those prices. Looked a bit depressing inside kind of like a holiday inn lobby restaurant. Great view ok food and nice service though.

Very slow service, friendly staff when they did show up, very good food but terribly overpriced. Twenty dollars for a glass of inexpensive wine and $75 for Sea Bass. We would not return.

My husband called the restaurant to make a reservation for 2 and the hostess said they were sold out. He told her that he had seen reservations available on OpenTable and she just said "no" in a not so friendly way. There were several time slots on OpenTable and we made one there. The restaurant was half full. Our dinner was good, there was a piano player and we had a great waiter. I don't understand why the hostess would not book us a table and why she was so curt with us. If I owned this restaurant, I would want to know about this experience. Other than that, our experience was great.

We had a second dinner at this fabulous restaurant over the weekend on Saturday. The service, food and view from the outside patio were terrific. This time I had the scallops and they were very tender and delicious. Our birthday girl enjoyed the Chilean sea bass special and cleaned her plate.

We had dinner with friends and everything was great. The view is beautiful. The staff were very friendly and nice about answering our questions. The food was beautiful in presentation and delicious. I had the artichoke appetizer and Sea Bass chef's special. They were both amazing. It was a great experience. All our party enjoyed their meals. One of us was celebrating her birthday - a slice of birthday cake (with a candle to blow out) and a scoop of cheesecake ice cream was brought out to her. We sang happy birthday and shared the dessert!!🥰

I should have listened to the red flags before coming in to dine. My fiancé made a reservation for 8:30. After we booked we realized we were hungry and saw that open table had a 7:30 available. We were directed to call the restaurant to move the reservation. The hostess had no clue what was going on and told us that the restaurant was booked the entire evening. We let her know that on open table that there was a 7:30 available. She gave us a hard time and told her no no no that they were booked. We even asked her if this was Six Peaks Restaurant to make sure and she told us to hold. I doubt the girl even knew where she was working. We decided to book the 7:30 anyways. We decided to go in ealry to have a drink at the bar and to talk to someone about canceling the 8:30. When we get there a different hostess lets us know that there is plenty of seats and that she could even sit us earlier then 7:30. We decide to have a drink at the bar first. The only good part of the night was our bartender Karen. She was fantastic. Our server was very nice and so was the manager. After our drink we get seated. We decided to order the tomahawk. Mind you it's not the cheapest thing on the menu. We ordered medium rare. It came out medium well... for something so expensive we had them re make it. When we got it back the meat was good but garlic was so undercooked it was almost raw. For how expensive the menu and how al la cart everything is, I do not recommend you waste your time at this place.

Celebrated my birthday at Six Peak's. Open table only had 1 timeslot of 5:45pm and when I called the restaurant to change to 7:30pm, it was no problem. The place was 10% full at that time. Ordered the rib eye and tomahawk medium rare and both were overcooked with no taste of char. All food including the fingerling potates, steaks and focaccia were too salty. The chicken and nightly special of deconstructed poke bowls were good. The best was the dessert - molten lava cake/deconstructed s'more. Service was excellent. Pianist did a great job adding to the ambience. View of Palisades was awesome. Not sure if I will return as the steaks not that great and food overall too salty for our taste. Will return for dessert. Requested points for my Hyatt account for dining at Hyatt restaurant, but waitress was not able to add my Hyatt account to the bill. I was not an overnight guest at the resort. Will see if the points will come through.

We shared the Poterhouse steak. It was the worst steak I have ever had. It cost 175 and was not prepared well. The server came to the table 3 times sayng they were having trouble preparing it. The need to have some training. I ordered it medium and it was still bleeding The overall serving for our group of 6 was over 2 hours. My daughter in-laws filet was almost as bad. She ate less than half of a 4 oz cut

The view was lovely, the servers were great, the food was mediocre. We expected more from a restaurant with 4 dollar signs. We knew it would be expensive but it was not a good value. Three of us got the 8oz Filet at $62 and one got the Strip Steak at $68. We all ordered at medium temperature and they all came out different, not slightly but a lot different. The Strip was actually well done and tough. The Filets were all good but not even comparable in doneness. If you present yourself as a steak house shouldn't there be some consistency? Port Demi Glacé was way too salty. Veg of the day...carrots at $16. We expected more than 4! Overall, very disappointed.

Service was friendly and helpful but poor timing with kitchen. Steaks came out during salad course which felt rushed but not on purpose. They let us have the table all evening. Espresso martini was delicious! I would go back while staying at the resort since you can’t beat the view and convenience.

The waiter immediately notified us that he doesn't work there and subsequently ignored us throughout our meal. We had ordered bread ($5) which was never delivered, so we ended up cancelling our order. He overcharged us for a half bottle of wine and we are still trying to get it resolved. My $62 steak was also overcooked. The place was noisy and other waitstaff were dressed in street clothes, making us think they are struggling with staffing. A terrible value.

The Waygu steak was delicious. Over priced. Sad that you used to get served warm bread and butter, now they charge for it. Why? On my reservation I put it was our Anniversary dinner, it wasn’t even acknowledged. If you don’t want to know then don’t ask. Ordered a simple dessert and it took over 35 minutes to get it… the server even came to our table twice to say sorry for the delay… maybe the right thing to do was “comp” it. And it wasn’t even busy.

The service was extremely slow. The restaurant is very short staffed and it shows. The food was beyond mediocre with higher than average costs. The flavors were bland, the steak over cooked, and not on a fine dinning level at all. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant…..even if it is convenient and in the hotel. Very close to terrible.

Honestly, this place has gone downhill since previous visitations. I will start with the pros - there was live music which was very good, the ambiance is very good- right in the corner on the higher floor of the hotel which allows for nice views as well as a gas fire pit right on the patio. Additionally, the cocktails were very good and done properly and arrived promptly. The cons- the steaks were flavorless, cooked okay, and seemed more like a budget steak then a $60-80 steak for .... just the steak. The salad was decent but literally just threw iceberg on a plate with some dressing on it for like $16. I think that this place needs to reconsider that even though they have a great location if you are going to solely focus on steaks then you really need to do them well and make them thick-cut. Personally, I would save your money and go elsewhere to the many restaurants in palisades village, or Truckee, or even the downstairs bar whose pub food was 10/10 at 1/3 the pricepoint.

The food was borderline ok. WAY WAY OVERPRICED. The fact that they charge you if you want bread and butter is ridiculous. My steak was over cooked, asparagus was bitter. Total disappointment. The only thing I would say that was nice was the view. If you go to any restaurant I would highly recommend Sandy’s pub instead. Food is half the price and much better. The service was incredible at Sandy’s pub.

My Mom and I stayed at the resort and were looking forward to eating at Six Peaks for our final meal. Needless to say, we were both very disappointed in our choice. To be honest, the food was disgusting. The flavor combos were completely off. I chose the risotto and the one word I could use to describe the flavor is “earthy”. I’m not sure if it was the “chocolate reduction” or the choice of vegetables used to cover the risotto, but the whole thing really tasted like dirt. My Mom was unimpressed with her choice of squash soup and the gem salad. The salad literally arrived as two whole pieces of long iceberg lettuce with some pistachios sprinkled on top. I could have purchased the lettuce just like that in a bag from my local store. My wine was great though. Just overall disappointed in what we got for the price. The flavors were just all wrong.

Disappointed in our meals. Our waiter Jeff was great though My two friends and I were at the Palisades Resort for a skiing getaway and were looking forward to having a nice steak dinner at Six Peaks Grill. We brought a beautiful bottle of wine with us and we were excited to pair that with some nice steak dinners. We knew the price of steaks there were $60-$135 so we were anticipating a beautiful steak. We were told right away that they were out of the beef ribeye but the bison ribeye was on the menu at $82. One friend ordered that. My other friend ordered the Wagyu Beef NY at $82 and I ordered a fillet at $62. Each of my friends gave me a couple of bites of their respective steaks, and both bites were nothing but gristle from both the bison and the Wagyu. I had to spit them out. Terrible quality for the price point on that dinner! The following day we were riding a ski shuttle back to the resort and happened to be riding with some folks who were at the restaurant the same time we were. We were telling them about our steak experience, and he said he had the Tomahawk steak and said that it was also terrible and very gristly..Again terrible quality for a steak that cost him $135. They need a new quality control/buyer for the meat at Six Peaks Grill. The duck appetizer was over cooked and boring. Not the dining experience that a guest would expect for a $400 dinner.
