   Overall the food was good however the service was slow. Seemed as though the customers that were purchasing alcohol had lots of attention and good service however if just having afternoon tea then left to sit for a while. Took several attempts to ask for tea/coffee which took about 15/20 minutes to be served. Very hard to get staff attention when asking for bill

   We waited half an hour to be served and another 15 mins for our drinks to arrive, we were 45 mins without a drink and our table reservation was only for 90 mins! There were only 4 of us, would not go back.

   Food was lovely however the meat and cheese board and food came too close together. Initial drinks came quickly but that slowly tapered off to the point where we had to ask to be topped up and we kept asking for water that never came. It was ok but for value for money I wouldn’t go back.

   First Bottomless Brunch at Sky Lounge and I absolutely loved it. The view is amazing and the presentation of food was really good! Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a brunch venue!

   Didn’t have anything to eat so can not comment on food. Service was very slow we was taken to a table wasn’t told if it was bar or table service, waited half an hour to get served, drink well presented & good value, left after just over an hour as only managed to be served once.

    Amazing from the 2 servers. Chicken and waffles were too dry and hard but not the worst thing. Great service and drinks, thanks! Would come again but definitely try different dishes.

    Fantastic Mother’s Day Brunch , great choice of food and the drinks just flowed. Very attentive service all done with a smile. Highly recommend for any time.

    Lovely place, decorated beautifully. Friendly service never left us without a drink and ensured we had everything required. The addition of the cakes on Mother’s Day were a lovely extra that made the whole experience even better. My mother had the best time at her first bottomless brunch. :))

    We did not eat here on this occasion. I have been several times with my family and friends for drinks/ food. Unfortunately we will not be returning, we felt watched and very uncomfortable.

    I believed I had booked for my birthday the bottomless brunch at 4pm via the website. When using the app to book it did not identify that the choice was not available at 4pm. When I arrived the waitress informed me that I had not booked as expected and they were unable to cater for what I expected. I was hugely disappointed as this was the first time I had visited the lounge and it was my birthday weekend and a treat for myself and my daughter who lives away. The waitress did offer an alternative of an afternoon tea but this did not feel comparable. The staff were approachable and did attempt to offer solutions. We only stayed for drinks and booked an alternative meal elsewhere.

    They were so accommodating as we got stuck in traffic from the train station! I did try and call ahead but they were so busy they were not able to pick up. When we arrived they thought we cancelled but it wasn’t a problem and found us another table. To say we were all the way down at the other end they kept replenishing our drinks. Staff were fab. I think we even went a bit over so they were super generous! We will be back!

    We had an amazing time at our bottomless brunch, the waitress was so good constantly bringing us drinks and she was really polite. Unfortunately I didn’t take her name she had dark hair very pretty. We will definitely be returning very soon Thanks again

    Gorgeous setting, lovely environment. Only marked down "value" as I kept getting asked if I had a voucher (I did not) which meant I was paying full price when I didn't need to. I don't understand why places don't just reduce costs across the board.

    Had a lovely brunch and the service was great! Our waiter apologized for slow service and added an additional 15 minutes to our brunch, however we were incredibly pleased with the service and didn't notice it being slow. We were thankful for our extra time, but we still thought the service was great even without the bonus 15 minutes.

    3 of us went for bottomless brunch for my friends birthday. Service exceptional, staff were attentive, polite and not once did we have an empty glass! food was lovely, would 10000% go again, absolutely worth the money and had a wonderful time!

    I've been to skylounge for brunch many times and never had a bad time. The atmosphere is amazing, the service was excellent. The food not as good as previous but everything else made up for it!

    We have wanted to visit the Sky lounge for months. We finally had a date where we were all free. The Sky lounge is a lovely venue, unfortunately we found it slightly overrated and very expensive.
