   The live music was a nice touch! The food was just OK. I ordered a bacon burger. The burger patty itself was charred, I could only stomach half. The bacon on the burger was mostly raw. Only the ends appeared cooked. I had to remove the bacon for safety reasons. The fries were good. The wings were coated in a wet sauce which made them soggy. Overall it was an OK experience but I would not return. The waitress was pleasant.

   It was a good experience. The food was much better than expected. A little crowded due to a birthday party was booked. We were also able to listen to live music from the bar area which was pretty nice.

   We went to Tallulah for the Thanksgiving buffet. The food was incredible. The display was gorgeous and the selection had something for everyone. The turkey was the best I have ever eaten. The staff was attentive and friendly.

   We shared the charcuterie board, which was beautifully presented with cheeses, sausage, grapes, different meats. It was so much delicious food that did not even order an entree! Service was great. As seen in other posts, it is not much different in appearance than other hotel lobby restaurants. But, since this was Christmas season, the hotel was beautifully decorated! The patio area outside the bar is very nice with flames, pools, fountains.

    The dinning area remains closed; food in the bar only. The temp of the main course was too cool. On a postive side the gumbo was good although salty.

    This place is not set up for serving brunch… the workers did not have our reservation nor were they open for business. I got there at 11:30 and they were just getting to work. I strongly recommend NO ONE choose this place for your anniversary brunch… you and all your guest will be severely disappointed and left hungry and unfulfilled. If I could give it ZERO stars I would.

    Food was good. You are basically sitting in the side foyer of the hotel. A soloist was playing music, which was nice.

    We went on a Thursday evening. Bad thing about this place is that it's located adjacent to the bar and it's open to the foyer/hall. So you hear EVERYTHING from the bar. Unfortunately, on the night we went, the hotel was hosting an event so there were like 60 people in the bar area, PLUS there was live music in the foyer/hall area, facing the restaurant/bar tables, with tile floors, so everything was so loud and my husband and myself could barely talk. The service was excellent and the food was very good. Just not an ideal atmosphere. This place is best of hotel guests who need something convenient. It would be so much better if they closed it off from the bar.

    My Wife and I ate there as one of my Birthday Dinners and the food was excellent. The cocktails at the Bar before dinner were perfect. We highly recommend getting an order of the chips when enjoying a predinner drink. Overall great, we will return.

    We had to sit in the bar, the restaurant is not open on Sundays, even though it showed available on Open Table. With that being said, the food was amazing and the service was great!

    The food was incredible, I've been there before and it was OK but now they have a new menu and apparently a new chef and I didn't have anything I didn't like, and the homemade truffle chip with aioli for only 1.00 were absolutely delish.

    We are locals. We decided to try this out before heading to movies at Perkins Rowe. The food was excellent!!! The lamb appetizer best ever! The service also fantastic. We will go again!

    Some of the best scallops we’ve ever eaten. Everything we had was excellent.Service is great and and for a restaurant in a hotel setting it was a wonderful experience. Highly recommend this restaurant as it is one of the best in Baton Rouge!

    The food was pretty good, but not outstanding for us to want to return at this price level. The cocktails were okay, but again did not feel like it was outstanding enough for the cost. The ambience was kind of cool with the couches and comfier seating, but it's not really separated from the hotel as much as some other hotel restaurants. The service left a lot to be desired, but I know that everyone is short staffed right now.

    It was a very special persons birthday lunch, our hostess and waitress went above and beyond, they were awesome. Two very lovely ladies. I hope to be back real soon and find their smiles there.

    My husband and I had been wanting to try this restaurant for a while so why not on Easter? I guess we just had high expectations. I wasn't impressed with the food there was a buffet and the only thing that I liked was the omelet. I imagined at least there would be tablecloths but nope. It took some time to get our drink order in and back from wherever. The wait staff was really nice. I just don't think I will be back for a while.

    It’s a beautiful hotel! But the Sunday brunch was not worth the price. The selections were very limited the desserts there were only three of them. There wasn’t a huge selection we had to special order some waffles for my son. I would not recommend this brunch in the future.

    Made reservations for Valentine's day 3 weeks prior. Researched the menu as we both have dietary restrictions. When we arrived the host was very unfriendly and sat us at a table with a booth seat on one side and a chair on the other. Neither of us were able to sit comfortably at the booth side as me being 5'9 still had the table at about chest height. Then we were presented with a 3 course menu which had nothing either of us could eat, it did seem priced fairly though. When we asked for the regular menu we were told this is what they are serving for the reservations and we had to pick from these options. We left since we had only gotten waters and left a tip for the trouble but if we try to go back we will defiantly call to verify the menu first. Beautiful hotel and restaurant smelled amazing , just cant comment on the food quality as we did not eat anything.

    The service was awful. First, there was no greeter or reception stand so we stood at the bar for a while waiting for someone to seat us. Such an awkward setup. The food was good, though!

    Started off slow but ended up being a great experience. We made reservations but there was no one to greet us at the door. My husband looked for someone no told us that we could sit anywhere. Took a while for a serve to appear so we grabbed our own menus then we flagged down a server. It was at this point that our experience began to improve. Our waiter was attentive, recommended excellent entrees, and responsive. Highly recommend the fried green tomatoes, and shrimp and grits.
