We went for our 37th anniversary. We chose lunch time as it is generally less crowed. The selection of food went well with my no carb diet. All the food selections we tried were very tasty. The tomato/meatball soup, scallop skewers, motz balls, cheddar cheese and German ham, whole chicken wings, and my wife got one of the special salads (which she completely finished, which is unusual for her). Then my wife got a special coconut dessert with German chocolate cake, she loved it. It is not inexpensive, but it was our anniversary. The wait staff was friendly and attentive. Worth a try,

From the moment we walked in we (3 women) were seated and waited on immediately. The staff is huge, very polite and answered all questions about the menu. Our entrees were large and delicious. My martini was the best ever and desserts were incredible. Will definitely return!!

Delicious kale salad with falafel. The service was perfect for us - we wanted to catch up and servers checked in but let us have time to chat. It was a relaxing, delicious lunch. Lots of options for lunch.

Teresa's Cafe has an outstanding selection of draft beers. The proprietor knew them all well and gave excellent advice. The menu has almost too many choices: starters, salads, mussels, sandwiches, entrees, pizzas. We had two special sandwiches: venison burger (good!) and ribwich, and one of us had the Schlachtplatte, which was pronounced excellent. Prices were moderate. The setting is basic and barlike, but not uncomfortable. Our experience was very positive and Teresa's gave very good value.

I should start but saying how much we like Teresa’s next door. This visit was marred by how close our tables were together and the sheer noise in the restaurant. The service was ok and the food good. Talking out a couple of tables would help.

Showed up 15 minutes prior to my reservation @ 4:45pm (prior to dinner rush). Neither host were very personable nor “hospitable”. Seated the 2 of us at a small table right up against the back of a booth despite the restaurant being virtually empty. I immediately asked if it was possible to have a booth as we didn’t intend to linger. The host said he would need the booths for parties of 4 despite the fact that 2 of the booths were already occupied. Ok, no worries I get it as I’ve worked in the restaurant biz for 20+ years. We opted for a 2-top table by the window. I did notice another couple seated in a booth after us. Maybe they were regulars or VIP’s? Things proceeded to go downhill from there. Our server too was not very personable & not helpful at all with food recommendations when asked as it was my first time there. I had the mussels which were recommended by a friend who had recommended Teresa’s. Mussels were very meaty & tasty with the perfect amount of spice. But unfortunately the frites were very greasy & not crisp at all. The bread served with the mussels was stale. My dinner partner said his lobster roll was decent but too much mayonnaise. Overall, it wasn’t bad but rather lackluster. Staff could definitely improve their interpersonal skills. Is it really that hard? I totally get it if it was busy but it wasn’t.

We were seated at a small table very close to 2 other couples We ask for a different one but were told none were available Throughout our meal we had the gentleman next to us giving his opinion on politics and other topics in an incredibly loud voice It was difficult to talk and ruined our meal We asked for the check immediately after eating out entrees and did not get to have coffee and desert Very disappointing way to spend our anniversary

Our food was amazing but we forgot how loud this restaurant is! It didn’t help that we had incredibly loud talkers right next to us. It’s a great place to go if you want a bar vibe and noise level but not for a calming date night.

The food and drinks at this restaurant were absolutely delicious! The menu offers a wide variety of options, ensuring that there's something for everyone. However, I was a bit disappointed with the server's lack of knowledge when it came to explaining the menu. When we asked about the most popular dishes, the server only recommended three out of the forty available. It would have been great if they had been more well-informed about the entire menu. Despite this minor setback, I must say that I'll definitely be coming back for the amazing ribs they serve!

Party of 4 and we all enjoyed dinner. Service was great and we all loved our drinks and dinners. Had not been since Covid but we will definitely be back. Bar is beautiful and a great spot to hang out!

We have been to Theresa’s many times, and every time we go, we are never disappointed. The bartenders are friendly and helpful. The food is unbelievable. So delicious and unique. And not to mention they have a tap list That is incredible!

The food here is fabulous! Our server was Fiona and she was so good to us! We enjoyed the marcona almonds, a side of bread and butter is extra, for the provincial mussels, with an add on of extra garlic and ginger. We especially enjoyed the crispy artichokes, and the berries and burrata salad which were fresh picked strawberries! Especially delightful was the funghi e formaggio small pizza! The best crispy mushroom pizza anywhere! Large cuts so there are four giant slices! Shared between two people this is perfect! BEST!! We will return! We even still made it on time for the movie!

We've always loved our experience at Teresa's. The food was excellent. We had Scallop skewers, and shared an order of drunken mussels and frites. We had chicken piccata as well. All was delicious.

Excellent wine and gin lists; interesting cocktails and mocktails. We've liked the eggplant dish (very good vegetarian option). The salmon is not uniquely prepared, but it is delicious. I wish I could make wild rice like they do.

I can't believe I never went to Teresa's! I've been to surrounding restaurants in Wayne but missed this gem. The bar is extensive including several beers on tap. We had the mussels which were yummy. My main course was the melanzanne (eggplant). All I can say is WOW! It's baked and not fried and deliciousness all throughout. I will definitely order it again. My husband ordered the elk burger which was tasty and very lean. We were too stuffed for dessert. We will be back!

I would actually give it 3.5 or 3.75. We had 3 dishes. The fried artichokes were perfectly done but it would have been nice to have a few more. The mussels were likewise a smaller quantity than expected. The fries were also small. Finally we got a ramp pizza that was very good. The total bill was quite good too. So it wasn’t necessarily the greatest meal in the world but we would come back again

We’ve been going here for yrs and have always loved it until the past couple of visits. We gave Teresa’s the benefit of the doubt the first couple of less than stellar experiences but after last night, I think it’s safe to say it’s just not what it used to be. First off, I was expecting to sit on the cafe side because it was to celebrate my husband’s bday and I wanted a romantic, intimate setting. We get there and are told they’re only seating on the “next door” side. The food was subpar, we ordered mussels and they were definitely not fresh. They gave us VERY stale bread with a couple of the plates we ordered and it just seemed like everything we were eating was what was left in the back of their cold box. I would have rather been told they were out of the items than be served what seemed like week old food. The service wasn’t bad but it also wasn’t great. Our server was rather aloof and curt with us. I will say the host was super friendly and helpful! Also, it went from no music to really loud music (Train, Matchbox 20, Maroon 5…with profanity. I was not prepared to hear Maroon 5 dropping eff bombs). So much for a romantic bday celebration!

Visited for Mother's Day. Very upbeat and lively neighborhood with self parking available nearby. Turned out to be way more casual than expected. Next Door seating area was just about empty but hostess sat us right next to the only other diners that were in the room. Go figure. Food turned out to be quite good. My wife ordered Linguine with Shrimp and I had Steak Frites. Both were well cooked and seasoned. Coffee and Tiramisu for dessert. Service was professional and attentive. Not cheap: $156 with two drinks and gratuity. Quite a distance from our house; would return if it was closer.

We had a great, late-ish dinner this past Saturday at Teresas Next Door. A few entrees, some french fries, a few very good Belgium, German, and U.S. (Vermont I think) beers and a great dessert made by Maureen. Karl was very helpful and the dinners were quite tasty and enjoyable. Thank you.

We made a late Sunday night reservation but Teresa’s had no problem taking us, with the service (and gin recommendations) being excellent from Maureen and all others who worked together. The Berries and Burrata salad with the handpicked strawberries were quite delicious. Thank you.

The food was amazing but the service was even better. I ordered a small “Meatza” pizza and requested ground garlic. I was told that they didn’t have that available which was perfectly fine. Less than 1 minute later, my waitresses brings freshly made roasted garlic oil to the table and asked if I wanted to try that instead. I did and it was great but the fact that she went above and beyond to meet my request was special for this day and age. Thank you so much for the experience and my wife and I will be back.

The food was amazing, the service was excellent and though it was noisy, the table dividers made it quieter at the table. We had a great time! The mussels are perfection and the pear cocktail was so good.
