   We drive 2 hours to dine here. Yesterday was our daughter’s 18th bday and her first time dining. Our waitress spoke very low, and barely came to check on us. We had to flag her down several times to remove plates no longer being used and for drinks. We sat in front of restaurant for the first time. It was extremely loud, and the servers often skipped us bc of where we were seated. It was frustrating sitting waiting for food to come and end up not coming. We spent over $200 and didnt eat anything near the cost. We planned on getting dessert for our special occasion but were so frustrated with service, and not getting meats we decided to pay and leave. It was the most disappointing experience we have had here. When it came time to pay our waitress was near us several times, but we ended up flagging her again for bill. I do not know if we will be back again. Food is always AMAZING! We couldn’t believe how terrible everything else was for us this time.

   We made our reservation for right when it opened, which is when we got there. Kept getting skipped over for seating when we were there first. Finally got seated and no one took our drink order until we asked for our order to be taken. At that point they were already bringing food to the table and the food was sitting there as we waited. The food was not the best and was confusing how it was brought out. Not the best experience and wouldn’t try to go back. Not worth the price.

   I think they would benefit better if they would stick to 3 meats, but better quality. Smaller lamb chops Tam steak Ranch steak Salad bar is decent but needs better soup choices

   Could use better labeling of salad bar and methods to ensure possible allergens cannot contaminate foods. A shrimp had fallen off its plate and onto the pineapple tray next to it.

   It's just we came a lil before 9pm and it wasn't that many meats coming out compared when I went on the 19th but overall everything was wonderful from the fresh salad bar to the soups to the lil meats they did bring to us

   We drove an hour and a half to get there because we love it! They sat us at a table at the entrance, where people with meat hardly passed, we waited for some sausages for almost 15 minutes! This time I did not like the service.

    Lunch was awesome. Our waiter Alex was great and deserves a raise. Went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience for our anniversary. Gauchos were on point as well. We will definitely be back to Texas de Brazil for lunch.

    Our waitress was great and the serves came to our table continuously with different selections of meats cook to each person's liking. The salad bar selections are fantastic and those who ate it, enjoyed the soup.

    Texas de Brazils are quite similar across the country, however, this one in Baton Rouge served a higher percentage of good quality beef cuts than what we get in our Las Vegas Texas de Brazil. We didn't have to wait much at all to get the filet, brisket, flank steak, and surloin. It was all cooked from medium rare to medium.

    We go to Texas de Brazil every year for our anniversary and they never disappoint. The food is always excellent. The meat is hot, the salad bar is plentiful, and the staff is attentive and friendly.

    Went to Texas de Brazil for our anniversary, the bill is not the problem, the disclosure of prices of what’s included in meal is very misleading. None of it was explained. We understood the flat rate per customer but dessert and drinks are are extra. Website nor waiter communicates this, the website and such lead a campaign of cloudiness. Special Happy Anniversary Dessert plate was forgotten about , while our waiter was terrific, he did the best he could with coming up with something. The ball was dropped but was rebounded by your great staff. Sides could be improved, to give visitors a better meal to go with Great steaks/meats produced . Overall 2.75 out of 5

    The atmosphere was good. Not overly loud. The selection at the salad bar was outstanding. Favorite was the lobster bisque. Most of the meat we tasted was excellent. We all tried a dessert and not complaints from us.

    It took forever for someone to ask for our drink choices. I was very disappointed in the red meat choices, since they were very tough, especially the New York Strip, the salad bar was just ok.. The soup bowls were extremely chilled, which made the Lobster bisque right away cold. Somehow the food made our stomach very upset. Refills on the drinks never happened. It was a disappointing evening and it was supposed to be a birthday celebration for my husband. Will not return.

    My husband and I enjoyed our date night. We arrived 30 min before our reservation and we’re seated within minutes - very pleasantly surprised by that. I was expecting to be sitting at the bar waiting on our table until our reservation time. It’s been a while since we’ve dined here, but food and service were even better than we remembered. Again, pleasantly surprised!

    Was seated at a table far away from everywhere and the meat servers did not come to the table until a manager was notified. The main server did not service our table often including filling water cups and never took our dirty plates off the table. Very disappointed in the service.

    This was our 4th trip to TDB during and after the plandemic. We had decided never to go back because the food, service, and cleanliness had slipped so bad. However we received a gift card as a gift and gave it another try. This was by far the best experience since 2020. A few of the steak items were a little on the tough side, but not enough to complain about. In our opinion, TDB has at least for now redeemed themselves and we will be happy to return.

    Went for our wedding anniversary. Thought that might mean a dessert or something but no acknowledgment from the waiter. Food was good. The fire alarm was concerning, but didn’t last more than 5 min.

    Great food! Great salad bar. Service was off. Waiter was slow. Had to ask for ticket. Also, Our waiter told us that the NY strip was the featured meat of the evening. Servers didn't bring any until we asked for it. Once i got a piece, it was very tough and not seasoned. Also, a server came once with the bacon wrapped filet mignon. Only had one piece, which I gave to my wife. He said he would be right back with some for me. Never returned. Not the 5 star service we have experienced here before.

    We love Texas de Brazil and usually never have any issues. But last night was probably the worst experience we’ve ever had there. I will start by saying I do understand it was extremely busy, but when everyone is paying that much money to eat there I expect more from them. Our waiter was fine, it was mostly food issues and just overall experience. Most of the meats that came to our table were advertised as medium rare but I felt like a lot of it was actually more on the well done side. A lot of the meat we tried was super tough and hard to chew as well. When you’re main attraction for the restaurant is the assortment of meats that come around, you would hope that they could at least get that correct. We did get 1-2 orders of the bananas that seemed to be very undercooked as well. Most everything else was fine as far as the food goes. The only other complaint I had was the bathrooms were FILTHY.

    The food was amazing- we really enjoyed everything but the service- our waitress was horrible- plates sat on the table until we finally moved them to a empty table beside us & still had to ask for them to be removed, we had to repeatedly ask for the coke we ordered upon being seated, she spilled water all over the table & into one of our plates as we were eating & made no attempt to clean it- the entire meal we had to beg for service — this is one of our favorite restaurants & we brought our son in law to experience it for the first time as s birthday meal, unfortunately our waitress made it unpleasant.
