Texas de Brazil is no ordinary steakhouse. It’s a dining experience like no other. Awesome service and great menu. The restaurant has rearranged the salad bar and other choices to follow health and safety guidelines. Definitely recommend it

The restaurant and staff did a great job in accommodating for the COVID-19 restrictions. I commend them for coming up with innovative ways to address their great buffet, resulting in better service than normal. Also, the restaurant is normally moderately loud, but with everyone having to wear masks it made it much more difficult to hear the servers, but all in all, it was great to finally get out again! Thanks for the great food and service!

Just isn't the same under COVID conditions. Atmosphere is diminished without the buffet, side choices are VERY limited, meats are VERY limited. The prices need to come down. The cost is the only thing that has stayed the same.

Too much waiting to be served, even needing to ask for water refills multiple times. All while servers stood around socializing with one another. When I kept needing to request service, a server apologized for the delay but gave some excuse about miscommunication with other servers. And even after that, I still had to wait around for the meat to be brought to my table.

The new approach to the salad bar needs a lot of work and training. You fill in a slip indicating which items you want. There is no opportunity to indicate a larger or smaller portion. Then it is filled by a server who ignores many of the items you indicated. The servings are also very skimpy. For my order several items were ignored and I received 1 slice of tomato. The dish was only half filled when I received it. Of course, you can ask for another serving, but it takes over 25 minutes for a server to provide the slip, collect it, and then have the dish filled. The restaurant was not busy when I was there, so I hate to think how long it would take if they were busy. DO NOT EAT THERE until they can allow normal service

We have recieved better service at other Brazilian steak houses. Asked manager questions about allergies and only got answers for the salad bar never answered about meats or sides. Wait staff stood over us during payment and pressured us for a big tip and good review which made us extraordinarily uncomfortable. Best service we recieved was from the men carrying the meat and the lady that brought us our salad. Answered all questions everyone else neglected and they were extremely friendly and attentive. Made up for the less than treatment from waiter and management. Most of our meat was dry and over cooked although the sirloin and Lamb were delicious. Experience was mediocre at best. I was extraordinarily disappointed because I have heard wonderful things about this place.

This is the worst Brazilian steakhouse i ever been. 80% they are serving pork. And the Beef quality not even close to Chima or Fogo. If you want to eat good meat then go those restaurants not spend a dime here!!!!!

Our server Moussey? was extremely attentive and helpful! Food was amazing as always.
Only disappointment was that there was no flan for dessert =( but everything else was perfect!

Not good service at all, there were 10-15 minute delays between each offer although cards were green. Didn’t offer many dishes to our table that were offered to others.

As a new caution, the salad bar is closed and you have to fill out a slip of paper to order anything from it so I did not like that but I guess it is good for extra safety. The meat was really good and the service was frequent and professional. The appetizers that they usually put out right away came more staggered and I wish we could have gotten them all at once but that wasn't a big deal.

Things has changed at this restaurant due to the coronavirus which we greatly appreciate. You are no longer allowed to go to the food bar to fill your plate you fill out a piece of paper of what you want so that the service can get it for you. However, our server definitely made us feel that we did not belong there, we felt very judged not sure if it’s because my boyfriend didn’t take his cap off, which he should’ve but there was a reason why he didn’t feel comfortable to take it off and it’s not a requirement. So we ended up leaving a tip of only 16%. Also, he was telling us about the drinks that they had on special and I asked for the sangria, he brought a pitcher which we weren’t expecting. I wasn’t going to finish the whole pitcher by myself because my boyfriend wasn’t going to drink the sangria so I told him about the misunderstanding that I just wanted a glass and he had the nerve to catch an attitude with us. Regardless of the mistake I thought the customer was always right and it’s not like we got nasty with him we were very sincere. This is the second time that we went there together I’ve been there a couple of times prefer Chima but this was closer. The meat was also overcooked, the steaks they had were really hard. I don’t think will be going back.

I've been to Texas de Brazil many times, so I know what to expect. All things considered because of the pandemic, my meal was very good. The only disappointment was the salad bar situation because I prefer to make my own plate, but I completely understand the procedures to let the servers work the salad bar instead. Aside from that, everything was to my expectations.

We go here it's a little bit different each time depending on who's cooking this time around it was a little bit salty but that will not deter me from coming back. I go maybe once a quarter because it's so expensive me and my two children we get half price for the kids but for three people is way over $100 not including tip. But we love me so special trip for us. I do recommend this place I wish I had one closer.

Had reservations at 12:30 arrived on time checked in they sat us down promptly 10 minutes after is when our service person came explained all about salad bar gave us the papers to chose item and left without a PEN we couldn’t chose our items 5 minutes later she come I ask for pen she took our drink order and left good 5 minutes go by comes back with drinks and hands us plates for the Rodizio while she gets our items at salad bar Rodizio guys come BUT WE CAN’T get anything because we DON’T have any utensils now a good 20 minutes have passed wen finally we get our plates from salad bar and ask for the utensils looks like main meat passing around was PORK rapped in bacon not to mention the cheese breads and fried bananas came at end of us eating!!!
Overhaul worst experience ever and I’ve been her quite often , wasn’t worth the $286.60 I payed , and it’s NOT that establishment was full another thing is for the good hour and 1/2 we where there NOT one manager came or passed by !!!!!!

Great dining experience. I did not know what to expect in this new post COV-ID operating environment but everything turned out great. The dining experience was only slightly modified from before and in some was more private and intimate.

They have handled things well with covid. Each member in your party is given a small menu and the servers bring you what was once the buffet. I was fine with it and preferred it but my husband said he preferred going to the salad bar himself because then he could pick the quantity of items and where they are on the plate. Otherwise with the exception of staff in masks and new glasses for refills instead of pitchers it felt “normal”. Honestly my family was thrilled to be able to return to one of our favorite special treat restaurants. The food was delicious, the servers worked hard and they did a great job ensuring their customers are safe.

Food was good but not as good as it was prior to covid 19 pandemic. Service and meats availability was very slow. My party loved it and we enjoyed the environment. I’m a regular consumer since 2010.
