The server didn’t come for at least 15-20 minutes after we were seated. I got the attention of a Hostess to let them know. The Hostess seemed not concerned so I requested a Manager. Someone came and said they would “find” our Server. The Server never followed up or forgot things. I ordered Iced Tea. Server did bring Simple Syrup as requested. However, 10 minutes later I had to flag down server for the Iced Tea. Then another 10 minutes for straw. Thankfully the server didn’t bring the food. The Manager wasn’t stellar and customer oriented like in other dining establishments. I wouldn’t be surprised if the Hostess simply sent another Hostess over instead of the Manager as we requested. Food was amazing. Service took away from the experience.

I love The Hamilton and will always come back. Having said that the Caesar Salad at today’s lunch was very disappointing. First off it wasn’t very big and filled about 1/3 of the serving dish (either get a smaller dish or put in more salad). Then the romaine lettuce was all the tough ends with no greens. My gluten free version was smaller than my lunch partner’s and had all Thai red lettuce (which wasn’t very tasty). Them the salad was over-dressed. My lunch partner (visiting from London) ate less than 1/2 of his. Disappointing from a usually great restaurant.

Very nicely priced and have all the flavors and variety you will need. Excellent for families and couples. A bit noisy with one rowdy crowd but seemed like the staff were keeping it under control. Maybe try a later Time for a romantic evening but very nice overall

Greetings, the services & staff's attentiveness( if that's the correct phrase are below restaurant's image.Doesn't fit. We went for food, services that was kind of expected with it & ambiance. We' ve been there many times in the past but it has not changed. It still was very slow overall.I went & got our own tiny plates from bar.Too bad because the food was actually good. Not another choice for special occasions like Birthday.Thank you.
