Experience was great! Everything you’d expect from the Melting Pot delivered! Food was great and service was top notch (present without being overbearing.. offered great suggestions as well!).

A great special occasion restaurant. Plan to spend at least 2 hours there for a relaxed meal with great service.

We frequent Melting Pot and have typically had a great experience. This weekend, our service was especially slow. It took us more than 2 hours, start to finish, to finish our meal...even though we knew what we wanted and ordered it all as soon as we were seated. We waited about 10-15 minutes between each course and had to ask several times (and then wait) for additional sauces and water refills.

For my first time being there, the serving staff was so nice and amazing! Also, I loved how you could customize everything with your dishes and it just made it all so much more fun. This will definitely be a place I go back to for a fun date night again.

We loved the experience, this was my boyfriends first time there and he said that he enjoyed it as well. It was good to have a slow paced meal where we could just relax and enjoy each other’s company. My only issue was when a little girls Birthday party was placed right next to our table. I feel that larger parties with children should have been placed not near people who were there to relax. We weren’t the only table that was not amused by this . All in all a good night though

It is expensive but well worth it for a treat once in a while.

A little disorganized upon our arrival a number of groups waiting to be seated - we were seated 15 minutes after our reservation time. Once seated our experience was great. Our server, Georgie, was excellent. Very personable and attentive. All of the fondue servings were great - cheese, entree and chocolate. Definitely will be back!

My husband and I enjoyed our experience at The Melting Pot. We fondly remembered fondue parties we enjoyed decades ago. The Alpine cheese starter was outstanding. Our server was very attentive. I plan to return and dine again.

The food was very good, especially the cheese fondue! It is also fun to cook all of the food fondue style. Very nice for a night out with friends

Amazing night! The food is so good. We did the cheeses, salad and dessert. Honestly, I didn’t miss not having the meat and veggies portion- it was a lot of food! We did the s’mores this time- so good!!

Went during Baltimore County Restaurant Week and for a birthday. Our server was great; helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The 4 course meal was plenty! And my birthday girl loved the "mini cake!"

Wonderful food, as always. The service was especially good at this location. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and our server, Victoria, went above and beyond to make us feel special with flowers and a special toast with dessert.

When I made the reservation through OpenTable, I stated that I was celebrating an Anniversary and made a special request for"Violins and an accordion, maybe?". When my wife and I got there, we were seated in a booth and guess what was on the table........3 framed pictures......a violin, an accordion and another violin. WHAT A SURPRISE! Management used their ingenuity to meet our request. Now THAT is service!
OH yes, our waitress, Hailey, was superb in providing us with every part of our meal and, upon recognizing when we had a confused look on our face, provided us with the necessary explanation.
All in all, it was a wonderful celebratory evening. We can still hear the violins and accordion playing our favorite song! THANK YOU!
