What can I say? It's the best if Baltimore. Steaks if course are perfect, but my favorite us there Sea Bass! Outstanding!
Everything we ordered from the Buzz salad to the Prime Rib and crab cakes was delicious. Even the cocktail and tartar sauces were awesome and homemade. As a Baltimore native, I typically eat my cakes without sauce, but I had to make an exception. The shoestring fries were like McDonald’s (in a delicious, salty-crispy way). Our waiter was an expert, clearly in his element and very personable. The live piano and bass set a lovely ambiance. Just walking through the door, you feel you are in for a treat and the Prime Rib never disappoints from beginning to end of the experience.
Well, we were privileged to have our dining experience prior to the mandatory shutdown. All aspects, from our cocktail to dessert were quintessential. This dining establishment continues to be most worthy of the five stars.
Old style ambience and service and delicious food. Tried the Hearts of Palm with deviled eggs and they were delish. Highly recommend the rack of lamb and of course the Prime Rib!
The Prime Rib is my husband's favorite restaurant! Fabulous, delicious, rich, wonderful food...Full Cut Roast Prime Rib, fresh horseradish, Greenberg Potato Skins, Buzz's and Caesar Salad, Blackened Rockfish, Ribeyes, and Crabcakes, Au Gratin Potatoes, Grilled Asparagus and Grilled Artichoke Hearts, Creamed Spinach...Yum! Take your Lipitor and definitely go indulge. The ambience, the professional service, live piano music, great cocktails and did I mention the wonderful food? Everything is lovely and you will not be disappointed.
Service was very bad and slow. Food was poor. Will not return.
Charlie was superb as always
First bad meal I’ve had there in 45 years. My friend wanted to try my prime rib so I asked the waiter to bring her an extra plate so I could give her a piece of mine. Instead he cut mine in half (sideways) and I ended up with a skinny piece of red meat with no bone
excellent , more excellent =excelanti our first date- celebrate every anniversary or birthday
Always spot on. The Prime Rib is just what you want it to be - every time!
Great old school white table cloth steakhouse. The meal was excellent form the moment we walked in the door. Our waiter was attentive without being overbearing. Had Chesapeake bay oysters for an appetizer. They were delicious. Good size. Slightly briney. I enjoyed everyone of them. The only blemish on the meal was the Caesar salad. It wasn't bad just not up to par with the rest of the meal. The dressing lacked a bit of flavor and the croutons, while tasty, where too big and not easily broken up. The bone in ribeye was excellent. And that is why you go to the Prime Rib. Excellent flavor. great crust on the out side. The drinks were top notch too. All this in an atmosphere that says this is a classy place.
Consistently excellent. Great food, clubish ambiance, good service!
Absolutely the best overall dining experience in Baltimore!
Service was best I have ever had, anywhere. Staff was extremely attentive and engaging. We all enjoyed the experience.
The Prime Rib is one of our all-time favorites! The food and service are both outstanding! My we started with escargot (which is absolutely delicious!) and lobster bisque that was great. My husband and I shared a caesar salad and gratin potatoes. My husband had the prime rib and I had a filet - everything was fantastic! Christopher once again waited on us and treated us like royalty! An overall great experience!
Superb as usual. Attentive but not overbearing wait staff. Great special occasion venue.
Great food, great service, great ambiance. A Baltimore legend.
Overall this dinner was lackluster... just not impressed unfortunately. We celebrated my birthday here, as we did last year when we had a great experience, but this visit was disappointing. The service was very impressive, our server barely check on us, he did however serve the diners around us with a lot more enthusiasm, so we had an unclose look at what we could have had. The restaurant also asked why we were there, celebrating anything, and my husband mentioned my birthday, which while they are of course not required to do anything, the table next to us also celebrated a birthday, so again, we saw what it could have looked like. This is so extremely different from last year, when we had such an amazing experience. The reason I didn't rate this visit is lower is because the steak was outstanding, I couldn't possibly be happier about that, so still an ok experience overall. Go for the steak, not the experience.
Everything about our meal was perfect. There are no bad choices here!
The Chesapeake oysters are to die for. Dining there never disappoints.
Amazing steak, great service, and a classy establishment!
Great cocktail before dinner (Aviation). And the food was terrific. We'll be back.
The food was excellent and our server Sam was the best!
Easy to locate entrance. Free valet and coat check. 3 or 4 $5s should cover those tips appropriately.
Tied LA Prime for my most expensive 2 person dinner, at about $335 in total including all tips.
Steaks were perfect. Waiter was fantastic and got a 25% tip for being so.
They were busy af, for Valentine’s Day, yet the whole meal with desert took just over an hour or so.
The whole experience was on point for the price. Better food/steak than Fleming's or Morton’s or Ruth’s...
the steak was butterflied and half of it was burnt. I gave my girlfriend 1/2 my veal chop and I ate the 1/2 steak because I didn't mind it; otherwise it would have gone back. You could see it was burnt on the plate so it never should have left the kitchen. The Milton Inn has a steak that is worth this price. Years ago you got a bread selection- now you get a loaf of warm bland bread. I was shocked at how poor the food has become. I was fortunate to have the last gift card I was given so I did not get stung for $212.00 The waiter was excellent and I did not penalize him with his tip that is paid in cash. A shame because this used to be a good too restaurant-not anymore.
Best restaurant in Baltimore! You can’t beat the service or food anywhere.
Good. Black walls were not aesthetically pleasing.
