   What an enjoyable evening! My cousin and I had a great time reminiscing about visiting the Chase and Tenderloin Room during our childhood. The food was excellent - one of the best steaks I've had. The apetizer, salads and sides were perfect. And the complimentary valet parking made us feel that going into the City was that much more secure.

   We were glad to see our favorite Stl dining restaurant getting back to normal after Covid. My husband was so happy they were able to serve him his favorite dish after giving them a heads up before hand. Unfortunately, they no longer serve my favorite dessert dishes, made at the table. I must be honest, it plays a big part in why I enjoy the restaurant. You can imagine my disappointment when I realized they no longer offer it. I was told if I give them a heads up next time, they can accommodate me. I look forward to my favorite dessert, Cherries Jubilee. Until, next time. Cheers.

    I reserved this place for my love not only because it was Valentine’s Day but because it was his birthday… We are African Americans and when the waitress approached our table , I told her we will like to start off with appetizers…She looked at us with a stank face and stated them prices not included with the entreess as if we couldn’t afford it…. I was very defended she watched our table all night with a fake smile repeatedlu coming back to our table asking if we wanted our food box as we were eating… The place is nice and very elegant but it’s an upscale place and if they feel as if you don’t have money you will be treated as such…. If i couldn’t afford to pay my food i wouldn’t of ask for it, and the food is not worth the price, i would have rather went to Outback…..

    Dined early to avoid the craziness on Valentines Day.. Tenderloin room is always our place to go for special occasions. We had seafood dip which was perfect! Always a smoked old fashion or two on the bill as my husbands favorite. Our server Ryan was fabulous which always adds a bit to a dinning experience. We both had filets that were cooked to perfection and delicious as well as sides. We will be back soon as we always look forward to a great steak with a quite cozy atmosphere.

    We had a great dinner and superb service. I just don’t understand why people shout at each other over dinner these days. The noise level of other tables diminished the ambiance of this fine restaurant.

    Great ambiance, food was less than desirable for the price. Salads had too much dressing, lobster was not removed from shell, and did not come off the shell cleanly. Ribeye steaks, very thin cuts. Overall, service is still very good, and the ambiance inside the restaurant is fantastic. Kitchen definitely needs some work to continue at this price point.

    It was or first time there and it was ok. 2 of us ordered steak and lobster and the lobster came out very undercooked. One was worse than the other, but we were surprised when only 1 new one was brought out. The server even brought back a portion of the second person’s lobster on a plate to show the cooks but did not replace it? One of the steaks was supposed to be medium rare, and it was definitely more medium as mine was supposed to be medium and was definitely more medium well, when we told the waitress she just thanked us for letting her know did not offer to go get them remade.. I just feel like for spending as much as we did $600+ everything should have been perfect or fixed at least. The waitress was very friendly!! And the peppercorn tenderloin was delicious.

    The Tenderloin Room offers a warm setting for a relaxing and enjoyable evening. Elegant but not stuffy. Classy, and a meal you will remember and savor until the next time you return, and you will want to go back.

    I went for a solo birthday dinner for the first time. The ambience was beautiful, the service was excellent, I’d definitely recommend but only if you’re willing to spend some money. Seeing as I was by myself the service didn’t feel rush at all which is what I was worried about. The food was excellent especially the bread lol.

    The 2 fillet mignon’s we ordered were not cooked properly. Mine was med well and I ordered med. my guest ordered med well and got well done. We sent the well done back and after about 20 more, It came back well done again! This is a steakhouse. For the prices, the kitchen should know how to prepare a steak. The server and manager were very apologetic, but it ruined the experience. We won’t be going back.

    We had a wonderful evening with our daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren. Everyone was pleased with their choices. We have been going to the Tenderloin Room for many years and always love it!

    Tenderloin room is a great restaurant. The night we were there the air conditioning wasn’t working so it was uncomfortable And hot. Food was great, our server was a little off maybe because of the heat.

    In and Out just like that Our first appetizer arrived before the drinks---obviously they were in a hurry to get us out for the next seating. The lettuce in the ceasar salad was wilted---reminded me of a salad I once had a Bonanza salad bar. The main course came before the salad croutons had a chance to disintegrate into the watered down dressing. Desert was Sarah Lee cheesecake, partially thawed. The place has great ambiance, but it's not a place for foodies or even mildly hungry Domino pizza lovers.

    Another fabulous dinner in the books! The TLR is always our go to for special occasions! Parents dined here when I was knee high to a grasshopper. When dining here be sure to try the seafood dip and beef tips on app menu. Steaks are always cooked to perfection and delicious! Boys favorite is the smoked old fashion. Service is impeccable and Ryan took great care of us! Thank you for another memorable evening❤️

    Things have improved a lot since we were there last year. The service was good. The food was very good and the steaks were cooked perfectly. I would recommend this restaurant and I love the ambience.

    One of the best steakhouses anywhere. Old school cool. Great steaks. Sides were top notch - especially the crispy potatoes. Only warning is some people may scoff at the limited menu but this actually lets them focus on quality.

    Visiting the Tenderloin room is an annual Christmas tradition for my family. It never disappoints. The food quality and service are impeccable and the ambiance takes you back to more traditional times. My only negative comment, more of a caution, is the prices. At $50-$80 per entree, it's among the priciest place I've eaten this year outside of NYC. Enjoy!

    Classic steakhouse - terrific food and service. Obviously a little expensive, but that is the world we are living in now. Beau was the waiter, did an awesome job. Was there when you needed him, very friendly, but not intrusive to our conversation. The shrimp / seafood cart is always a winner. Glad to see the T Room is carrying on the tradition.

    Amazing. No other words. They gave us one of the best tables in the house for our anniversary. The food was spectacular, our waiter was wonderful and the ambience was perfect. We already can’t wait to go back again!

    I left a note with my reservation that this would be a special occasion and the staff made sure to make our night special. I proposed to my beautiful fiancé and was treated with a round of applause and complimentary champagne. I highly recommend the Tenderloin Room not only for the high level of service but also for the ambiance and tasty food.
