Took my mother here for Mother’s Day and we absolutely loved it! The variety of small plates was perfect. We love to eat a multitude of things and be able to share. Our server was fantastic and knowledgeable. They were Covid safe with the dividers among all the tables. I absolutely loved it!
Online menu doesn't match menu at the restaurant - more items online. Interesting and inspired cocktail and menu offerings. Nice sized portions. Parking garage close by.
It was for a birthday luncheon. We were seated promptly and our server said she would return to take out orders. However, 20 minutes went by and had not returned. I had to go to front desk person to assist. She finally got our server to come to our table after a long wait. So service was not the best.
We liked our food and the surroundings and will return again but management should be advised of poor server attention.
Great food great experience would definitely be back!!!
The food was delicious, as usual. We started with the French onion dumplings, which is always a favorite! The barramundi and short rib ravioli were so tasty. Our server was attentive and helpful. This was our first outing in over 20 months and it was memorable. Thank you!
Delicious food, friendly prompt service, safe atmosphere
Lamb shank was excellent
I had a great date night at Twisted Olive. We were able to get outside seating since the weather was gorgeous and the food was delicious! Service was friendly and quick too.
It’s was my 50th birthday and wanted a really good meal and was craving the octopus! As expected everything was delicious. As a server myself though I felt horrible for ours. I knew going there it would be a little wait due to being understaffed. Between her and the busser they hustled. All in all we enjoyed our meals. Yes it took a little longer but worth wait. Ignore the negative reviews and go enjoy a delicious meal. Support our local restaurants they need you.
The evening we went was short staffed. Our server did his absolute best but there was only so much he could do.
First, only one draft beer was available. Also the restaurant didn’t have at least one type of wine available by the glass. This was shocking as there aren’t that many to begin with. Not having beverages on the menu available seems to indicate a major problem in restaurant management overall - ie not the server’s fault.
No dishwashers on staff? They didn’t have clean glassware so we were served water using plastic child cups.
Kudos for creative thinking. Happy we were served water.
Drinks after ordered, took a very long time to arrive and arrived in 2 shifts for the 5 of us. We talking about wine, beer and just one mixed drink. So there is a bartender shortage as well?
Next food took over 90 minutes to arrive and again arrived in shifts. Also side dishes never arrived for one of the meals. Never arrived. Imagine waiting 90 minutes and then not getting 1/2 of your meal.
The food itself was diner quality, barely acceptable. It arrived in 3 shifts. Nothing like watching your friends eat while you wait. No one was satisfied with their choices, except for the person who pizza which arrived after everyone else finished their meals. Glad he was satisfied as he waited the longest.
Also as a vegetarian, choices were just about nonexistent. Two appetizers, pizza and salads. Please don’t ever recommend that guests should be satisfied with a salad or hummus for dinner. Meat eater or not, most salads are never substantial enough.
We felt extremely bad for our server who was literally running from table to table trying to keep up. Unfortunately he had to be the face of every issue of the restaurant presented him.
Was hoping for a nice experience and hope the restaurant gets past their issues.
Overall the experience was nothing more than OK. Two of three entrees were delivered and it was almost 8 min before the waitress noticed. 17 min before it was resolved.
Service was just ok.
Food was just ok.
Maybe the thing here is the drinks and since I wasn’t drinking I wasn’t impressed.
My fiance and I had a wonderful date night. Fantastic food and the best mixed drinks in Bethlehem!
Always great food, and one of the best cocktail menus in the Valley
Twisted Olive has been a favorite of mine since their opening. Food is very good always,,service friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
We’ve dined at TO a few times recently. It’s quickly become our new favorite place. We love the big menu & everything we’ve ordered has been delicious! So many great appetizers and entrees to choose from! And the martinis are perfect...especially the Twisted Dirty. We’ll be back soon!
We will be back
Food was fabulous! Can not wait to go back! Service was wonderful as well!
This was our first time there. Everything was amazing. Will definately be back again.
Another great food experience! The food was excellent! But the star it’s always their signature tuna tartare - just amazing and never had it better! Both my husband and I loved it!
The steak on the stone was excellent!
The food was delicious
Absolutely wonderful food the steak on a stone was delicious and also the duck!
Terrific cocktails and a tasty pasta! Lovely location.
I love the French onion soup dumplings!!! I’ve only ever had those until tonight. The Asian bang shrimp and braised short rib ravioli were amazing. The espresso martini with tequila was my favorite! Pierina was our server and she was so sweet and accommodating. She made our experience.
Eating outdoors is often not quiet, so the noise level was to be expected. The restaurant can't control the loud vehicles on the street! The service was polite but slow. It took 2.5 hrs. to order/receive/eat/clear dinner. I had the feeling they were busy; when with us, they were attentive and friendly, but drinks, setups, and food all came out slowly. Suggestion for the restaurant: Steak on a stone was yummy, but perhaps serve the sides a bit after bringing out the steak. The sides were cold by the time the steak was ready (and only cooked med. rare). The crabcake was quite delish.
Steak on a stone was the best filet I have ever eaten. The seasoning they provide and eating the hot meat right off the stone was quiet the experience! Drinks were tasty. Service was a little slow but they were very busy and they were covering tables inside and out. We will be back for sure!
Food was fine, service was a bit slow. It looked like one two serves were there covering inside and outside tables. Drinks were poor. The wine tasted like it has been form a bottle that was opened a year ago. The dirty martini was the quality I would expect from a Fridays.
We LOVE the twisted olive and will go back again for sure, the food is always good and I love that a lot of the ingredients come straight from the chef's garden! this last time the only not so great was the service. the girl waiting on us just seemed like she had better things to though there were only three tables(including us) and one other server. but like I said , we will definitely go back again for the food!
Menu items are not boring!
Compliments to the chef!
Excellent experience, in all ways. Highly recommend
Great food, drinks and service!!
Had lunch and cocktails with my girls friends. Our waiter was extremely friendly and great! Food was delicious. Loved the Dapper Dan & fig/fennel old fashioned cocktails.
The food was great! And the waitstaff was wonderful. I love going there. Not one negative thing can be said about my visit there
Rib eye cooked to perfection. House crafted drink list nice. Will definitely go back...affordable!
Great service and food. The cocktails are delicious. Great atmosphere and will definitely come back again.
Dinner was delicious as usual. We were just a little surprised that there were so many tables open within the dinning room and yet we were seated right next to a party of 6. The dividers are nice but unfortunately we’re not in between us and the party of 6. Not that we’d expect to be completely secluded, but like I said prior, the whole other half of the dining room was open, so we could have been spread out more.
Food and service was good. After we were done and the check was paid, they said there was a time limit due to covid which I understand but they asked us to leave. It is what it is but it’s just frustrating because we don’t get out much and we haven’t seen our friends in a while. We both have kids so it’s hard to get sitters now a days so we were just enjoying our time. Everything else was good. Probably wouldn’t go back because of that.
Food, drinks and atmosphere were great as usual!
Outstanding in every way!
My husband and I went to Twisted Olive for our anniversary dinner. We had a warm welcome upon arrival. The service was top notch. The suggestions from the server were spot on. One of the most delicious drinks, appetizers, dinners and desserts we have ever had. The crabcakes were huge. The skirt steak was perfectly cooked.
