Garlic Mashed Potato
Steak was not worth the money. Sides were cold. Drinks were decent. Service was very good. The service is the only thing worth the money
Business dinner, our waiter Spiro never allowed a wine glass to be empty, or water to get warm. Appetizers were great, Uncle Jack's bacon does not disappoint.
Steaks were good, onions & Garlic mash, cream spinach very good....
Everything was fine
I have been to Uncle Jacks several times an I have never, ever been disappointed. The food was magnificent and the service was exceptional. Spiros, our waiter, as well as the ancillary staff, were professional, accommodating and appropriately attentive.
The food was okay. The largest tomahawk steak was small and very fatty!
moved out of state, have not eaten there in 16 years, was as amazing as I remembered it!
Food (steak) was served cold.
The drinks were a lie. I had ask for gray goose martini and I was given kettle one served on an ice cream glass.
When I question the taste that is when The waiter said that they run out of gray goose especially on Friday night at 7:45 PM

I won't go back. I never give bad reviews, but this is certainly not a fine steak place, not even close.
The Good: nice ambiance, excellent fries and creamed spinach, nice desserts.
The bad: dirty steak knife (Yuk) to start with, They didn't have T-Bone the night I was there, so I had New York Strip (the full size). Cooked to perfection but I can't believe it was a strip steak. If it really was, it was such poor quality. I ate it, but really didn't want to. It was cooked properly, so I kept eating. The waiter never came over to ask how the food was, which is expected in a "nice" restaurant. 1/3 cheaper than nearby steak places, but this is a poor imitation.

The overall experience was very good! Our waiter was very attentive and courteous. I forgot his name :( My filet mignon was so tasty! The oysters were also delicious. My date really like the garlic potatoes.

We sat at the bar for a couple of drinks as the 7 members of our party drifted in and were immediately made to feel at home by manager Bill Brennan. We really had a great time together thanks to the wonderful staff, the excellent food and our being in a semi-private room downstairs. We were a party of 7 people telling funny stories and having a great time without having to worry about disturbing other diners because we were seated in their downstairs dining room which was perfect. Our waiter was super attentive to all of us and quickly took our orders and made some great recommendations in the process. We ordered the thick cut bacon, baked claims, octopus (recommended by waiter was outstanding so we ordered a 2nd plate), and lobster avocado salads for appetizers. My girlfriend and I ordered the porterhouse for two which was cooked to perfection and so very tasty, as were the sides. I don’t know how we did it, but after feasting on our steaks we ordered various desserts and coffee for the table. All were fabulous! Great job Uncle Jack’s!
This was the first time dining there and the experience and food was nothing short of excellent. We will most definitely be returning. The staff made us feel like we part of the family and the food was absolutely delicious! This is our new favorite steakhouse!

The evening outdoor dining was nice and warm with the heater and the area is very clean.
Service was great, porterhouse def overpriced, flavor was not what I was expecting, delish dessert.

I have been to 3 different Uncle Jacks and second time at the Bayside restaurant. It was a great experience with great food.
We ate outside dining I will go back to check out the indoor dinning though. Food was outstanding so good. The service was also great.
The outdoor dinning was very comfortable and services has never disappointed me every time I have been there.

Everything was great from the food to service. It was a little cold because of the outdoor seating but otherwise great time and I definitely recommend it. Filet mignon was excellent!!
The best steak in NY isn't in Manhattan but in Bayside. 4 of us had the 16 oz. Kobe Beef (from Japan) and the 44 oz. Ribeye. From now on, the Kobe beef will always be on my plate when I'm at Uncle Jack's. We all agreed it was the best steak we've ever eaten (and we're in our 60's.) Great service - down to earth. The mashed potatoes and asparagus were exquisitely prepared. Chocolate Mousse and NY Cheesecake were outstanding with strong black coffee.
To spend that kind of money to get that type of quality food and service I was not impressed whatsoever I understand all the places I having difficulty with everything that’s going on but the food quality and service should not suffer won’t be returning there this is my last try
Wonderful food and great service
My took me here for my Birthday yesterday. The service here was absolutely amazing. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Food was amazing had there Wagyu steak and the flavor was so great. We will be giving them our service again in the future.

Porterhouse seemed to have been cooked on a dirty grill, the char was excessive, and dirty. The sides and staff were fantastic but the porterhouse was subpar and when you go to a steakhouse all that really matters is the steak..
Been here a few times and every time it is a delight. Food is amazing, staff is friendly and best of all, it’s local.
My Wife and I were quite happy with our meal as well as the desert. I definitely recommend this place. We actually both had the Sea Bass and it was great !
