We were seated immediately. Server was kind and accommodating. We were a party of 13, and we were comfortably seated. Adults tried the beer selections. We indulged in almost every brew. The only memorable one was the sour. The rest were just okay. For the price, the food was just okay. Disappointing for as much as it cost. My mushroom Swiss burger was served medium rare instead of medium well like I ordered. We were told kitchen was having problems. A new burger was ordered and server said she would deduct it from our bill. She forgot. We had to remind her. Overall, I felt disappointed. Jambalaya my husband ordered was moderately warm. The chicken in the dish was tough. The raspberry coconut chicken another family ordered had minimal coconut. The smashed potatoes were served lukewarm. The veggies with the chicken and pork dishes looked like they were thrown on the plate and not hot. Battered fish was soggy. Sigh.

It was our anniversary (which we put in our reservation) and they sat us surrounded by families with little kids. Not ideal, just not thought out. My wife loved her dinner. I had the BBQ burger which didn’t have enough BBQ sauce in some spots. But it had a generous amount of bacon so that was nice.

Having a reservation allowed us to be seated immediately, walk-ins were over an hour wait. Our server was prompt and courteous. Food was as expected-always consistent and very good. We were shocked by how fast the kitchen was able to have our entrees out on such a busy evening. Our server did not rush us and we enjoyed our food and beers.

We were visiting from Pennsylvania and had been at Upstream before. We returned because we liked the food, atmosphere, etc. Dining outside on a lovely Sunday evening was a plus! Nate, our server was professional and nice. Food was great. We will be back for sure when we're in Omaha again!

I love Upstream. Always have, it’s been a special place for us. Lately, though, the food and drinks have been just meh. The menu has been pared down, the beer specials seem oddly timed (stouts in June?) and there was no dinner special in a Friday night. The service was great, the food we ordered was just ok… here’s hoping they can get a little magic back.

This was our first visit for brunch at Upstream. We had the buffet, the offerings were very good with plenty of delicious options to choose from. However the roast beef from the carving table was very tough and the red velvet slice of cake was dry. The table we were seated at was directly across from the buffet line and as a result lacked privacy when people were queued up waiting to serve themselves. Our server was attentive and pleasant. Overall a good experience.
