Sat on the patio on a cold and rainy day-heaters were perfect. Server was super. Catching up with a friend, so we lingered. Server did not rush us at all. I wanted something light and not sweet -she recommended the skinny margarita. Hit the spot! Food was top quality as always. Two minor complaints- My friend used the restroom and it overflowed. Yuck. Apparently a recurrent problem. Please invest in a serious plumbing repair! 4 young women working the check in desk-yet apparently don’t know how to communicate or speak to customers. Better training please! Had reservation. Checked in. Asked to step aside while someone before us was being seated. Sure thing. Worker we checked in with stepped away. Guess she didn’t communicate that we were next. Nor did the remaining workers get curious as to why the 2 of us were standing there. Multiple customers came in and were seated. I said “excuse me-we’ve been waiting to be seated”. Worker admonished me - well, you should check in with us. Duh. I did!

Went for the live Jazz on Sunday nights (seasonal thing) and sat inside a little away from the band itself and the noise level was perfect - otherwise bar or outside seating is rather loud & hard to have nuanced convo. Service was great & our server was a charming older guy with a pony tail, just great. The food is 10/10. Big portions and incredible flavor with no room for improvement. Not THAT pricey ($$) for great food & service - I will be back.

Amazing view from outdoor seating of snoopy rock! The food was very good but in no way should be considered a value. It is in a resort so the prices reflect that. The service and quality also reflect that. On a positive they have complimentary valet parking so that’s huge in downtown Sedona.

We are now going to the Collins every Monday after our nearby hike. The service is always absolutely outstanding. From the receptionists trying to accommodate us when we'd neglected to make reservations on a busy night, to the server who graciously gave me a taster of the 'other' rose because I had doubts I'd been served the right one (I was wrong), to the way the plates are served: all four of us receive our food at exactly same time, with the correct plates to each of us without some annoying 'who gets the chicken?' presentation. The food is always good and sometimes excellent. It's pricier than our attire warrants, but our experience keeps us coming back.
