Always a great experience dining here! Treated very well!
Very loud, very hot, very lackluster. Not impressed at all.
Fantastic service from beginning to end; every offering from both the grill and salad bars was phenomenal, dessert was amazing, just a fantastic experience all around
Yay, the salad bar is open! Very excited as this is one of the best salad bars in town. The meat was spot on! They changed the menu add ons a little bit and it’s now to perfection. One of our plate favorite places to eat in the city of Las Vegas!
Brunch is quite a deal - $30 out the door with tax and all you can eat quality food! My favorite spot!
The black gentleman serving the pineapple and ham spoke way to loud. It was like he was yelling. Then it was so forceful I could feel his breath hit my face while he’s asking if I was red pineapple or ham. He needs to speak to the customers not talk so loud as if he’s yelling. I will not return thwre
It was just okay
Love it! great experience
Great experience. Our friends loved it as it was their first time there. It’s our favorite restaurant. Highly recommend.
I heard good things about happy hour, but I thought it was only okay. Happy hour prices are listed as 5pm-10pm next to all day prices, but during the week happy hour IS all day. The plates were very small and the “happy hour” prices really aren’t a good value. And though we were the first ones there with a reservation on the patio we were put at what seemed the worst table - a wobbly table with a lot of direct sun, we had to keep moving to avoid getting burned. Service started off great but then the waiter came only sporadically. It seemed like they were understaffed, which meant food and drinks weren’t being served promptly.
Love the happy hour. Great food for the price. Service was good
Mother’s Day trip to Las Vegas and special dinner.
The food was good. The salad bar didn’t have very many options. But...the customer service waitresses was awesome. They were both very attentive and it was about us. I’d like to see more on the salad bar. The meats took a little longer to circulate and there wasn’t very many people there at that time. The men who came by with the meats were very persuasive. I did walk out with a completely full stomach to where it was hard to breathe. But overall, the food was good, the customer service attention was 100% on point and meats were awesome.
Just want to say Kimberly the bartender gave amazing service tonight. She explained the menu and how everything worked since it was our first time. She made an excellent drink recommendation and explained why they were special to the restaurant. We be back again! Thank you Kimberly!
Super fast & excellent service
As always it was a fabulous experience. The food is delicious, it all feels very fresh and the service is excellent. Great place to celebrate special occasions or for a business get together. I would recommend this place highly.
Well into the dinner service, we had only 2 meets that had passed by. We ordered a soda when we sat. It never came. We had to order again. We were then charged twice for the soda. I ordered coffee and it came right away but no sugar. Had to wait for sugar. By the time received it was cold.
This service this night was not favorable. We normally would always recommend it. Last night was not positive.
We shared a milestone birthday as a family of 4 and everyone at the table enjoyed our meal thoroughly. Our server was good; although he was busy with several tables, he did a good job to make sure we had all we needed. The other Brazilian servers brought many meats and if we asked for a particular one in well done or medium, etc, he was good to tell another server to bring it to the table. It was such a wonderful experience to have the salad bar open again. Everything was so fresh and clean and tasted delicious. We all had a wonderful dining experience.
Overall, just okay. The food was okay. The salad bar didn’t have a lot of variety but the food was pretty fresh. The meat was definitely not the quality I was expecting for the price. The filet was tough and several different cuts of beef had a game-like flavor. They did not have mint jelly for the lamb, the horseradish was bland and the chimichurri sauce was mostly oil. Service was quite good and whatever meat we requested was promptly brought to our table. We were first timers there for our anniversary and I was a bit disappointed that the restaurant did not do anything to acknowledge our special occasion despite making a note of it when we made the reservation.
Service was awful. Food was good. I took my mother and my wife to celebrate Mother’s Day. The service ruined the experience.
It was absolutely the worst. Half the stuff on the menu they don’t even come around and offer you. If there’s 40 things on the menu we only saw 10 of them the server Lucy was just the worst also we let her know that we were ever coming back in the meat there is very tough
Very limited meat selections
Very poor quality meat....was tough and stringy
We enjoyed brunch at Via Brasil. The appetizer/salad bar is now open and there was a good selection. They also had an omelet/waffle/pancake bar. The dessert crepe was excellent. Best, however, were all the cuts of meat served at your table by very helpful wait staff. Everything we had was good. My only complaint was our waiter often was nowhere to be found. We had to remind him of our order for plantains and mashed potatoes, made when we were initially seated. It also took some time to get the bill. The restaurant seemed to take good Covid precautions with mask wearing, social distancing, and temperature checks. I am sure we will visit again in the future.
I wish they were more open on what extra things cost like a menu
Our 18th anniversary. They surprised us with a beautiful dessert plate
We had the happy hour menu. The food was excellent. We also had a pitcher of sangria, it was also excellent.
I would definitely recommend.
Drinks are mediocre, low food quality, and messy presentation; seems like cook just doesn't care how sloppy the food looks; don't waste your money!!!
The food is good, the service staff was on top of it, and i would definitely go back there again.
Expensive for over and under cooked food.
It has potential to be a great experience. I believe they were under staffed on this day & Although we were not served any utensils with our appetizers. They ran out of liquor (vodka) for the Brazilian margaritas. Which everyone enjoyed but couldn’t order anymore due to that reason.
Food was great! They forgot a few appetizers we had ordered for the table but we didn’t complain just asked for it to be removed from the bill. I would like to try this place again & hopefully the experience will be better the next time around!
Very good Brazilian Steakhouse! Can't wait to go back to happy hour!
Went there at lunch, not dinner, so the selection was very limited. Flavor was ok, but not as good as other Brazilian steakhouses.
This was my first time to visit this restaurant. They take your temperature when you go inside. The entrance and exit doors are different. The server was friendly and nice. The meat were great, too. However chicken and prime rib never came to our table. I liked that they had eggs benedict, waffles, crapes, etc. for brunch menu. Over all, it was a good experience.
Birthday for our son.
Food was amazing, service was slow they needed to have more people for 7 PM on a Saturday night.
Always a great experience...food and service!!! We are weekly customers...love it!
Great service by the staff as always
Steak was so tough and had so much gristle that it was inedible. Steak had zero flavor. My wife had the salmon which was really good. Starter berry salad was great. Waiter was excellent.
Don’t eat steak often so when I do, I’m expecting highest quality and this one was terrible.
Amazing service and foos
