Food was superb. The hummus was incredible, tzatziki was super fresh and our salads and mains were all delicious. The only (slight) knock was that it took a while to get seated, despite having a reservation. And the service was slow to start. Because we had a tour booked, it made for a slight bit of stress. On the bright side, we’d come back for the food. And our server was friendly and things did move along more quickly after the crowd moved to the capitals game just before 7pm. Overall a great location and fun spot.

Amazing place to eat at. I had the shrimp and grits and my girlfriend had the catfish! We got to end with banana pudding for desert. Everything delicious! Also, we wouldn’t have known what to get without our knowledgeable server, Austin! We appreciate you.

Wanted to check out our first Jose Andres restaurant. The table side guac is amazing and the cocktails are delicious. We really enjoyed our time there even though it was a bit loud, we still could hear each other and enjoy our delicious meal.

Food excellent (filet chicken, oysters, chips, drinks -- all superb) Service was professional -- when engagement was possible; apparently understaffed this particular evening as it was everything our fine waiter could do was keep up It was a low-touch affair and that was noticeable But outweighed by the food And it is noisy -- I was with 1 other person-- and yelled our conversation the entire visit

Jaleo is always outstanding. I reserved a business meeting for four all out of town attendees and first time Jaleo diners. From the second we walked in your Host Staff, servers and seating were ideal and warming. The total quality at Jaleo's met the mark in all aspects of the dining experience and was perfect. Bruce out waiter was excellent. We asked Bruce to take care of our ordering menu and he knocked it out of the park. His selections, food paring, descriptions and knowledge were delightful and enhanced our dining experience. His customer care, attention to service and our delight are exceptional.
