Workshop Coffee - Permanently Closed - Updated 2026, International Restaurant in London

About this restaurant

Since 2011, our Clerkenwell Cafe has been intent on bringing the very best coffee possible to the neighbourhood, offering a relaxed and friendly atmosphere to enjoy both coffee and food from early morning right through to the evening.

While our focus on serving great coffee has never faltered, our repertoire spans beyond it to include breakfast, lunch and weekend brunch services. We work with excellent producers from London and around the UK with the aim of offering an interesting and delicious food and drink menu, as well as having sandwiches and snacks on the bar available for takeaway throughout the day.

Having recently refurbished our flagship cafe, our old Roastery now offers a bright seating space beneath our ever-popular living wall. Upstairs holds further seating that includes larger tables, providing an ideal space for smaller or larger meetings, parties or just a quiet corner to get some work done using our complimentary wifi.
