    Great customer service, mediocre special. For the sake of time if I haven’t already expressed this enough. The to sum up the braised pork pasta with one word: “bland” or “tasteless” please have your sou chefs actually taste it before bring it out. Honestly, stated like some cheap carnitas warmed up and tossed in a pasta. I bought 3 elites from yelp as friends giving birthday party just to disappoint. The Kobe beef w/ gnocchi was def great.

    We’ve visited Zinfandel Grille several times over the years and it has ranged from great to meh. This visit was more toward the “meh.” The menu is varied, which can be a good thing, but this iteration had very little that appealed to me. A single steak offering was “A.Q.” (As quoted for the price), so I passed on that. The special was a dish with American Wagyu beef, which is far too rich for me. Service was lackluster. The night before Thanksgiving, it was not terribly busy, yet our server was not very attentive. We got our wine and cocktail as we waited for our third to join us, but she didn’t check back until our guest arrived. Would have been nice if she had, as we’d probably have ordered an appetizer to nosh while we waited. On this visit, too much time passed between the salad and the main course. Fine dining restaurants don’t want to rush guests, but this time it went so long between courses that I was no longer hungry when the entree arrived. All in all, a bit of a disappointment and, had this been our first experience, it might well have been our last. We’ll probably return, but this was not their best night.

    We have eaten at Zinfandel Grill for years and have always enjoyed the food ,service and atmosphere. Two nights ago we reserved a table for 6 for a special occasion. At the last minute we had to call to increase the number to 8 and the hostess graciously accommodated our needs. The food and sevice were exceptional with the added surprise of a bouquet of flowers and congratulatory message. The Zinfandel Grill is a constant winner.

    The food was excellent and the service top-notch. I’ve always liked Zinfandel Grille’s atmosphere but hadn’t been there for a meal in a couple years. I will definitely put this restaurant back on my ‘regular rotation’ list. Fabulous meal.

    Wonderful dining experience. My first time here. Very impressed with our meal. Everything was perfectly cooked, well seasoned, and beautifully presented. They were happy and able to accommodate my strict Keto diet. Also boxed our leftovers for us. Will definitely dine here again.

    We selected a table in the back room and it was very quiet. Our server was excellent. He was attentive without being intrusive. He remembered small special requests. He anticipated our need for separate checks. He is a gem! I only wish I could remember his name. ;-)

    My friend and I hadn't been to Zin Grille in a year because the menu had changed drastically and not for the good. We decided to give it another try with Zin's new chef. We both had the Ahi Tuna Sandwich with Tomato Soup. We thoroughly enjoyed the sandwiches and the soup was delicious! We'll be back!!!!

    To start the poor untrained attendant spilled water all over the table twice as he poured. He didn’t wipe it up and left us soaked. So we had to ask our waiter to wipe it up. It was a birthday celebration and they were reminded twice plus it was on our reservation- it was never mentioned or acknowledged during the evening. Paying for bread and it not being hot was not the best. The entrees were fine. We ordered desserts and they were good.

    We have loved the Zinfandel Grille since it first opened. It has become the favorite restaurant of our family--wonderful food, reasonable prices, handsome decor, and attentive and well-trained servers. In our case, it's close to home, but we'd go a long distance to enjoy a dinner or lunch there any day.
