Amazing food close or at 3 star level for any restaurant globally out there. Perfectly combining Japanese produce with french cooking techniques. We enjoyed the lunch, which was a great deal at 10k ¥. Scallop sashimi, Tokyo turnip, Ayu in a buckwheat crepe, summer venison with sea snail purée all where outstanding. Quite exciting for me the freeze dried and fried Ayu for me, but the best in taste was the venison with the umami of the sea snail purée. Just above almost every restaurant I was before was the impeccable service. Maybe we are not used to the incredible politeness of Japanese people right now at the beginning of our journey through Japan but this was truly world class. The wine is definitely on the the more adventurous side with lots of biodynamic or vin naturel producers on the list (especially from Japan). I took the special pairing and it was quite exciting. The restaurant is on the 3rs floor of a side building. Great experience and food here. The chef doesn't speak much English, but the sous chefs can translate a little bit. Each dish was beautifully plates and prepared, with unique flavours and depth of flavour. I would highly recommend it! MoreOpenTable Diner -
Le Bouton is a lovely cozy and intimate restaurant. We ate at the counter, which only has eight seats, and the chef cooked our food right in front of us. We had a fantastic meal, with fresh ingredients that were perfectly cooked. They were very friendly and had an English menu to accommodate our lack of Japanese. MoreOpenTable Diner -
Spain’s culture and cuisine differs significantly from that of Japan, which is why Fermintxo uses ingredients and preparation methods of traditional Spanish cooking to bring these unique flavors to Tokyo. Just like food prepared in top Spanish restaurants, Fermintxo’s menu utilizes fresh, seasonal ingredients that are representative of the four seasons. An appreciation for nature, sun and soil results in quality vegetables and flavor-packed entrées. Enter Fermintxo through a rustic wooden door, and enjoy a contemporary atmosphere that remains true to nature through the use of dark wood beams, stone walls and plants. The quaint bar and private dining area make Fermintxo the ideal space to experience a quiet, romantic night out or a formal, celebratory dinner with a couple of friends.More
Motsuemon is a traditional Japanese restaurant that serves a variety of authentic, traditional cuisine. The restaurant is divided into several private dining areas which makes it an ideal location for an intimate meal or a party. Motsuemon can seat up to 40 guests at a time and is a popular location for celebrations and gatherings.
Motsuemon is popular for its various hot pot options. The restaurant also offers a wide variety of wine, sake, shochu and local beers for guests to enjoy with their meals.
Love this place. Excellent server. Brussel sprouts, oyster mushroom curry soup, chicken shiitake and bbq beef dumplings were Great! Other dishes we had were, yes, of course good, but not special. The space and ambiance-- bar, patio, etc. -- are very appealing, but this is NOT the place for good conversation over a leisurely meal. Noise level is a personal choice, so that shouldn't discourage most people, but it's a major factor for us vintage models. MoreOpenTable Diner -
Kasumicho 301-1 is an upscale Japanese restaurant. The most striking thing about this high-end eatery is the interior. Kasumicho 301-1 takes nature and incorporates it into every aspect. The tables are long, community-style tables that have no straight edges and instead look as though they were cut from a single tree. There is foliage all throughout the dining area, from Bonzai trees to creeping ivy over the walls and ceilings. The food served at Kasumicho 301-1 is classic Japanese fare, with items like large fried shrimp, Ozaki beef filet and an earth pot with rice and pork.

Classic French with Japanese ingredients. Interesting combination of ingredients and good portion. You can choose both a course menu and a la carte. ¥7,500 seasonal course is a bargain. Absolutely perfect from start to finish. From the bread and wine through all 6 courses, the food was inventive, creative and delicious. The service was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Recommendation: sit in the counter area and not at a table to see the kitchen/food prep at work. This place will have a Michelin star at some point: it's that good, so go now when it's accessible and reasonably priced. MoreOpenTable Diner -
