Jacob was our waiter and hats off to him!! He remembered a comment I’d made last time I was there - that it would be great if staff waited by the table for just a couple of seconds until we looked at him/her. It’s far less of a startling interruption and way more respectful. Jacob remembered and did this. It was a pleasure! Great staff member!

Exceptional service and plenty of food! I took my mum there for her birthday and it was an overall wonderful experience! A special shout-out to Jennifer who was so warm and welcoming, recommended great tea pairings and made sure we were well looked after! The high tea had a great variety of warm and cold savoury bites and desserts! The Green tea sphere dessert was my favourite! Yum! The lobster roll filling was also delicious, although the roll itself was a bit dry. The ambience was lovely and quiet and sitting by the windows was a nice touch despite some of the view being obstructed by buildings. Overall, great value for money, with SO much food! Pace yourself, because you'll definitely leave full! Loved that we could take home the scones that we couldn't finish, too! Highly recommend the Pan Pacific High Tea! We'll definitely be back!

The dinner we had was absolutely sensational, rates up there with the best restaurants that I’ve been to. I would’ve read this five stars except the service let it down a little bit. Not that it was bad. It just could’ve been better, that is to the same level as the food. I’ll definitely be going back.
