I never write a review but the waitresses were amazing. The service was impeccable. We had a lovely Lithuanian girl serve us mostly and she was so friendly and approachable. We weren’t waiting for ages for drink or for the food like you do in other places in Edinburgh. The steak fajitas were delicious and perfectly cooked. We had 2 Tommy margaritas which were made to perfection. I had a glass of pinot noir which was very easy to drink. Overall, it was an amazing lunch. I’d highly recommend.

First time at Bucks Bar and will definitely be back. Chicken is beautifully cooked. Portions are big, in fact we could have shared the Alabama Chicken fillets and chips. I managed the 3 big fillets but left most of the chips. Best to book in advance as it's not a big place and several people who turned up on spec had to be turned away. I think it's very good value for money.

The pizza's were really tasty, although my thick base of my pepperoni ans honey pizza was perhaps too thick and detracted from the actual topping of the pizza. On the whole, there is a great buzz about the place, simple yet effective food. We should have perhaps looked at what a "slice" of pizza looked like before ordering 5 between 2 of us! Highly recommend!

Civerinos Restaurant, Stockbridge is a top class restaurant and on this occasion as always it was excellent. The waitress (Devika) was very attentive and welcoming, making us feel welcome at the restaurant. In addition, the food, of course, was of the highest standards offering a classic but original take on the 14" pizzas: Pepperoni, Wild Mushrooms and Cotto Parmesan and no doubt the unforgettable Civerinos pizza. After the grand selection of fabolous pizza we ordered dessert which was as could have been guessed also exceptional. Civerinos, Stockbridge is not just like any other restaurant it is exceptional, original and welcoming, not to mention located in a beautiful street just of Central Edinburgh. The Restaurant was quiet and very calm serving as a peaceful and enjoyable end of the day, it was the cherry on the cake to an excellent day in Edinburgh. I would as might have been made obvious recommend this restaurant to all and hope to enjoy it many more times in the future. Thank you for a great evening full of top-notch Italian cuisine and also thank you to Devika and the waitress/waiter at the restaurants who are always brilliant.
