Next, they only hire very experienced servers and their chefs are exceptional. All of this leads to a fabulous dining experience. Wednesday, was another reason why we eat at Connors twice a week now.  Davis, who is an exceptional server, greeted us as if we were family. He remembered our unique drink orders and our entrée preference. I am absolutely hooked on the salmon cooked Cajun style, roasted corn, and asparagus. I also add the chipotle butter to the salmon because I’m a health nut. My wife, for the 100th time, has the Mediterranean chicken, with rice and asparagus. She kind of likes it. We also got to visit with the acting manager, Dayna, who is absolutely charming. The entertainment at the bar is world class jazz and R & B. The stage lighting and sound system rival and other music venue in East TN.
