Came in and enjoyed a fine bottle of wine. Their New York style egg rolls are wonderful. Ribs were nice and juicy. Toped the meal off with a wonderful Beef Chowfun!

Our waiter was fantastic! The young kid at the hostess stand was rude and rolled his eyes when we stated our reservation was for outside. We didn’t know that the patio was closed for the summer as our reservation asked if we wanted it outside. Our food was great, as always!! We love Malee’s but could do without the dark headed hostess.

My wife and I had dinner at Lom Wong for the first time last night after getting recommendations from several friends, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. We were seated at the bar in the back room, which has an amazing atmosphere and only seats about 20 people. It would be an incredible space to rent out for a private dinner. Our bartender was great, and I tried a cocktail with curry infused vodka. It sounds a little crazy, but it smelled amazing and had a great spicy kick. The food was the real star. The menu is broken out by specific regions of Thailand, each with completely different flavors and styles. A few must haves were the crispy rice salad, coconut chicken soup, and short rib curry. Everything we tried was outstanding, with unique flavors and nothing like what you typically find at a traditional Thai restaurant in Phoenix. Highly recommend Lom Wong. We are already planning our next visit!

We hadnt been back in quite a while. Last time almost 2 years ago the food quality preparation was below average. This time is was awesome. Appears the chain was off track but now got their mojo back.

Soft lighting cast a golden hue over the space. Almost at once, our server, Colter, arrived, offering delicately scented towels to cleanse our hands. He was friendly and attentive, providing unobtrusive service that enhanced the relaxed, intimate atmosphere. The subtle fragrance of the towels was a small but notable detail, signaling attention to the senses beyond taste. Our journey began with the Joy Luck cocktail. Presented in a low glass over a single, glistening ice cube, the drink was creamy with coconut milk, its aroma warm and tropical. The first sip was smooth, a gentle balance of spirit and sweetness that invited a slow, meditative start to the meal. Next came the sweet and spicy shrimp tempura. The dish arrived sizzling and fragrant, the crispy batter still whispering with heat. Each bite brought a satisfying crunch, quickly followed by a wave of sweet heat reminiscent of bang bang shrimp—but here, elevated, more refined, with a depth of flavor that lingered. For our mains, we ventured to the heartier side of the menu. The grilled New York strip arrived first, its charred edges releasing a smoky perfume, perfectly accompanied by tender baby bok choy with a subtle bitterness that balanced the steak’s richness. Beside it, the pork belly noodles promised comfort and delivered with generosity—the noodles tangled with hearty, tender pork belly that surprised with its substance yet satisfied completely. As the evening drew to a close, dessert appeared like a whimsical encore: coffee donuts. The light-as-cloud beignets were tossed in flavored sugar, releasing a soft, sweet scent that mingled with the bold aroma of the Vietnamese coffee dip. The first bite cracked gently, then melted, the warm dough and coffee indulgence a perfect final note.

    This was our 24th Wedding Anniversary dinner and it was awesome! We had been here years ago for our Anniversary and that was a very busy evening and quite loud which was cool but this time we made an earlier reservation and found it quiet but delightful. We sat inside by the kitchen and beautifully lit tree. Ambiance was perfect. My food (Mahi Mahi tacos (made on flattop instead of crispy ) were so delicious I could have have definitely eaten more ( my only complaint😝). My husband had the Pork Pad Thai which was equally delicious and the perfect portion. Our waitress was delightful and took great care of us even adding a special dessert for us which was delicious and beautiful! We will definitely be back!
