- CChristine ASan Francisco Bay Area •16 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoI made a reservation for 1 and was treated so well. The host and server were very attentive to me. The scenery was spectacular it made me speechless! Stunning view and cool music in the background. The only big bummer is that music stops at 11pm due to noise ordinance and last call by 1130. I hated to leave. Drinks were fairly priced not gauging like others bars.More infoRooftop at the Envoy$$$$• Bar / Lounge / Bottle Service• Seaport•4.2
