We had the pleasure of dining at ELWAY’S Downtown inside The Ritz-Carlton, Denver for both lunch and dinner, and both meals were exceptional. As someone dining with a gluten allergy, the team’s care, knowledge, and seamless accommodation around cross-contamination made the entire experience stress-free and truly impressive. The bar program sets a high bar right away, boasting an extensive selection and uniquely crafted cocktails. For lunch, the juicy smash burger and the standout lamb chop fondue were both phenomenal. We returned for dinner and enjoyed a vibrant peach burrata starter, classic Caesar salad, a beautifully seasoned and cooked-to-perfection NY strip, and a loaded baked potato. We finished the evening with an indulgent Basque-style cheesecake, rich vanilla bean ice cream, and a perfectly pulled espresso. From the attentive service to the execution across both menus, ELWAY’S delivers five-star hospitality. We cannot wait to return.

They are highly competent and accommodating with food sensitivities; the kitchen did a fantastic job managing a gluten allergy and resolving any concerns around cross-contamination, allowing us to dine with total peace of mind. Our server, Adam, provided fantastic, attentive service throughout the night. He went completely above and beyond by treating our infant son like a VIP, even leaving him with his very own stuffed moose as a souvenir of the evening. It is rare to find a fine-dining establishment that embraces families and dietary needs so gracefully while maintaining its luxury standards. The culinary experience was outstanding from start to finish: • Dry-Aged NY Strip: Cooked to absolute perfection with a beautiful crust and rich, deep flavor. • Scallops: Incredibly fresh, perfectly seared, and melt-in-your-mouth tender. • Kids' Options: Our son thoroughly enjoyed his fresh fruit and buttered noodles (as well as happily nibbling off our plates!). We finished the evening with a spectacular trio of desserts. The snickerdoodle crème brûlée was a creative, comforting twist on a classic, the homemade ice cream was exceptionally creamy, and the Basque-style cheesecake had that perfect caramelized top and rich, velvety center.

The entire staff bent over backwards to make the business dinner I arranged successful. The hostess was prompt and friendly and our waiter took excellent care of us and was very attentive. The food was very good, too!
