Best Beer Gardens in Virgin Hotels Las Vegas

We enjoyed our visit to Gordon Ramsay Burgers immensely. From our server Aaron to the meal to the ambience our experience was 5tars. I had the nee Wellington Burger and was impressed with its concept and delivery. Every aspect of a traditional Wellington was in this burger. The beef was top tier, cooked to a perfect medium rare. The crispy pancetta was a brilliant inclusion and the petite dice of the mushrooms came thru loud and clear. Even the bun was perfection. It was tender and held all the ingredients of the burgee beautifully. I know I am talking about a burger but this was beyond a traditional burger. Then lets talk onion rings. thicker pieces of fresh onion and a batter I really would like the recipe for. I mean the batter was perfect! The parmesan and paraley on too was super. Lets talk ranch dressing. Again , I want this recipe. I found myself dipping the onion ring into the ranch and then into all the cheese and parsley. So good. For me we had to share the Strawberry shake as I couldn't finish it. But this was a real strawberry and ice cream shake. Everything was just fab. My husband had the backyard burger. Again perfect medium rare cook. The marinated beef was a great idea. seasoned perfectly etc etc etc. Our server was the best. not too in your face but attended to our every need. Great attitude. You could tell he liked his job. This is a place we will be recommending!!! Good on ya Gordon and all the chefs, servers, bar tenders hosts and everyone involved.

Fun for game day! Excellent prices and good food. Friendly server

Such a great location especially at night. Great views from this roof top. The brisk grilled cheese was amazing! Classic chicken sandwich and fajitas also winners. Service staff was friendly and very helpful. Perfect spot for drinks and fun on the strip.

Excellent, authentic Oktoberfest experience. Will be back again when in Vegas
