Lovely pub, great food and excellent service, we sampled the cod, halloumi burger, sausage and mash and the beef stroganoff which were all delicious. This was our first visit and it won't be our last!

We went for lunch on Saturday myself & a friend. They had a wedding happening at the same time, so it was quite noisy, but that was fine by us, you would expect that. The young lady who served us was brilliant. She was under a lot of pressure what with wedding guests & diners, but she coped beautifully. A lovely setting, lovely food, and we were well taken care of by our waitress .
