The stacked pancakes for dessert were delayed for some reason so we asked for a takeaway box. When the bill came the waitress said they had taken the pancakes off as an apology for the delay & not having them on time, which was a lovely gesture and amazing customer service. We are locals & eat at Bills regularly and little gestures like that mean we will always be back!
