Best British Restaurants in Dursley

We enjoyed a delicious lunch at the Cat and Custard Pot on Sunday. The staff were welcoming, friendly and efficient. The pub was cosy and we sat at a lovely table close to a log burner. The food was excellent, the best Sunday roast that we have had in a long while - the meat was delicious, the vegetables were cooked perfectly and the portions were very generous . We shared a blackberry and apple crumble which was also excellent. Thank you…..we look forward to our next visit.

First time dining there and I have to say the decor and food was amazing, polite and friendly staff smiles all round, cocktails abit on the steep side but the ambience of the place made up for it and so did the service, will 100% go again

Took my wife to the Ivy for a birthday lunch. Couldn’t fault the whole experience absolutely outstanding. Food was brilliant the sticky toffee pudding dessert best I’ve ever had. The service was second to none! Very friendly, professional and on the ball. Will defiantly return. We sat on the terrace was a lovely setting.

Lovely pub, lovely staff and outstanding mid-week “prix fixe” meal.

The usual high standards, We enjoyed fish cakes and fillet steak neither of which disappointed. The chips were excellent as were the French onion soup and scallop starters. The apple tart flambee with ice cream was as always stupendous! Very good service
